Four Noble Truths (Four Noble Truths).

image
The Buddha repeatedly determined the importance and transcendence of the Four Noble Truths. He taught: "The Arahatship of the sense-minded mind in the past, in the future or in the present, is considered the righteous True sense of the Four Noble Truths "
CHAPTER I  :  INTRODUCTION
After attaining sublime credibility, the Buddha sits at the Bodhi mind meditating for another 21 days on the contents of the Dharma he just realized. He then decided to go to the Garden of Wisdom for five friends who had been with him before. The first of these was popularly known as the Four Noble Truths, namely, the Dharma, whose content is to refer to the existence of life before it. This discourse is clearly lively in human terms not to be praised, nor to divinely recited from an angel from heaven to redeem the sins of man, but the dharma is manifested, seen by human enlightenment in the world, on the human condition. This way opens a path, a new horizon is to re-value human values. Only human beings can see their intellectual treasures as well as their ability to self-effort to re-create their lives with all the best knowledge that comes from the heart of this life. This is the rare first time that the value of life, human condition is analyzed in the most clear way, with an experience here that all beings can see clearly the Buddha is always taught "Hey Bhikkhus, if anyone says that without building the lower floor of the house, I will build the upper floor of the house, this event can not happen. Likewise, if anyone says that the Four Noble Truths are not enlightened, one will end suffering, which can not happen. " Human beings are analyzed in the most clear way, with an experience here that all beings can clearly see the Buddha always taught: "Bhikshus, if anyone says no need to build Lay down the floor of the house, I will build the upper floor of the house, this event can not happen. Likewise, if anyone says that the Four Noble Truths are not enlightened, we will eliminate suffering, which can not happen. " 1  . "As all footprints of all animals are photographed in the footprint of elephants, this footprint is greatest in all footprints," said Sari putta. Likewise, as the sage, all the good deeds are concentrated in the Four Noble Truths. "  2
The Buddha repeatedly determined the importance and transcendence of the Four Noble Truths, He taught:" The Arahats equal sense in the past, at present or in the future, be considered true Enlightenment is Enlightenment on four noble Truths "   . Thus the understanding of the Four Noble Truths means the attainment of the goal of Buddhist practice. The Buddha taught many times, he talked about the failure to understand the four noble truths that we have to drift forever in the heart of birth and death 4  . To say the four Noble Truths, namely, Suffering, Exercising, Destruction, Directing, but in fact only suffering and the cessation of suffering, as the Buddha has repeatedly stated: "But teach only one thing is the suffering and the cessation of suffering"   Why? For anyone who sees Suññatā, at the same time, he sees the Four Noble Truths as the Master taught: "Bhikshus, one who sees suffering, one also sees the suffering, the suffering also sees the path. leading to suffering. Whoever sees suffering, he also see suffering, also see suffering, also find the way to suffering. Who see suffering, he also see suffering, also see suffering, also see the way to suffering suffering. Whoever sees the way leads to suffering, he also see suffering, also see suffering also suffering suffering "  6 .
This is also a thorough view of the Buddha, indicating the content of life is suffering, suffering, suffering and finally suffering suffering. Having a direct sense of certainty so desires to go searching for its cause with concrete plans from this state of affairs, and the cause of all suffering here comes from all the actions that I was launched by the ignorance of ignorance is the primordial ignorant power and the clinging mind clinging too strong, thirst for all the above in a moment passed. After knowing the two forces of causal correlation, we begin to transform our lives with our own efforts to create the holy life that goes to liberation, to become the Enlightenment right here. It is the glorious glory of a human life. This is the only time in the history of evolution that humanity has the first, It is the Buddha's best way. The purest for us to practice, no one but the Buddha has the ultimate wisdom to teach us so.
CHAPTER II  :  THE CONTENT OF THE CHURCH
The four noble truths - catvariàsatyanu (s)
Catvariàryasacca (p)  11  Four truths of mystery, also known as the Four Noble Truths, Four Noble Truths. It is called the Noble Truth because it is so real: "The Four Noble Truths, these Bhikkhus, are as real, not as real, not as real. So called Noble Truths "  12 . It is called the Noble Truth because it results in suffering. Entering the meaning of the Four Noble Truths, we need to see the true, peaceful, blissful, and liberating attitude of Buddhism.
Section I - Definition of the Four Noble Truths
Four truths are four truths, four truths right in the heart of social life. What is the grain, sure can not change the other. The Principle Principle is the perception of the human intellectually understanding of any problem as 2 with 2 being 4, then it is the invariant principle, the more specific is the number 2, the number 4 deleted. Principle, the principle of purity above, direct, light for life. Any life must be directed or silent or clear from the depths or from above the great knowledge. The Four Noble Truths are the guiding principle for the realization and realization of a life that is full of light and eternal life, to those who long for that life, right here in the midst of the dust of the dust. It includes the four truths of suffering, cause of suffering, peaceful nirvana, and the path of eternal peace.
Section I: Suffering (Dukkha)
Suffering  : It is a state of dislike , all subjective aspirations are rejected, shortage of things. Is something hard to last long. Suffering is emotional, mental suffering, physical suffering and all things around. Suffering is an experience that every being expresses more than once itself, not much less, no one escaped, because we have a body. Taken together, there are three kinds of suffering: suffering, suffering and suffering.
Chapter 1 - Suffering:
That is, our body is the building of materials of dukkha, in addition to the hunger for hunger. hot and cold floating in the world to the other.
Item 2 -  Practices  :
Being uneventful and unsettled, we suffer for what we perceive as eternity, which gives us a longing for our subjectivity.
Volume 3 - Disaster  :
As a living organ is living organ or death, there is nothing that exists in space, time without being dissolved. In the sutras say: "All things have form must pass away" 13The fact that everything in the universe is governed by impermanence, does not last forever. Hard as rock, long rotten as well; as big as the earth, the moon, the sun for days also disintegrated. Weak as the human body, the shorter the life, fleeting! The cruel hammer of time smashes all. One minute each second we live, also every minute we destroy. And no matter how much power we have, how much power we have, how rich we can not stop it, and we can not resist the destruction of our lives. I was completely helpless before time. In short, "the five aggregates are suffering" (4) Each human condition has suffering, birth, sickness, death, suffering from the separation with a love, suffering from facing people hate hatred, suffering because the five elements make up human is lust, feeling, perception, action, consciousness. Anything higher than the cause of suffering such as the body is too messy body, he moved to work hard or excessive investment to stop eating, sleep and death. Suffering because all desire is not achieved, despair, destroys as boys and girls love each other so that they do not get together and then die. If not dead, how can living with the desire that can not be done? And finally the most terrible suffering is the suffering of samsara, rebirth through the six realms of lung to the edge, kicked back as soft as the banana in the gate of torture throughout the thousands of lives by. Out of samsara is the complete end of all suffering.
The Buddha affirmed that suffering is a fact, when there is samsara in the three realms of the six paths, suffering still exists. With a view to countless past lives, the Buddha said: "Tears of beings more than sea." At the same time clearly see the nature of suffering in life. 14 .
In the sutras, the famous statement of the disaster of Samsara is: The suffering of the camel carrying heavy sun through the scorching sun, not called suffering but the deepest suffering is the suffering

Three types of relationships with 12 people, 8 types of life, 10 types of  human beings (5 charts)

Part II: The Noble Truth (SAMUDAYA)
Tap is the group that is the source of dukkha, which is the result of the hunger of desire to cling to everything in life called the lovers. Twelve are called twelve conditions. The thought of hamstring is so strong that it is the bond of bondage to the rebirth wheel. The Buddha said: "This is the noble truth of dukkha, the monks, it is the love (Tanhà) to reincarnate, the friendship with joy and the desire for pleasure, this is sex, Kama craving), or fraternal (BhavaTanha) and non-bhava (vibhavaTanha) 15   Unknown bhava (vibhava craving)  16 These are the craving associated with the concept of ants, the thirst for non-existence. There are people who are bored with life and death, do not want to exist nor want to be born, that is the law of the vacuum of nirvana. This is manifestation, non-loving (vibhavaTanha) should remember nirvana is to quench the thirst, craving. If you kill, then nirvana is present in this world. This is still craving. Even the unattainable desire. The very presence of this aspiration is a fire that burns up suffering, so non-attachment is still the cause of suffering. It may be necessary to remember that craving is not only conditioned by pleasant and pleasant qualities, but also conditioned by unwholesome and unwholesome sensations, Suffering that suffering, and longing for happiness or liberation. In other cases the poor, the needy, sick people and people with disabilities, in short, those who "suffer" are hungry for happiness, pleasure and satisfaction. In contrast, the wealthy, the healthy are generally the ones enjoying pleasure, but also with craving, but for the higher level of pleasure. Thus, this craving or craving can not be satisfied, and those who pursue these ephemeral pleasures always add fuel to their lives of fire and this craving is insatiable. Only when suffering comes, as the result of craving, one realizes the harshness of the vines wrapped around all those who are not Arahats or completely purified ones. remove the root of its ignorance. The more we crave, the more suffering we suffer, the more it is the price to pay for this craving. "Craving sorrow, 17  . Know that craving here is the enemy that guides us through the cycle of samsara. So why continue to build this house? The Buddha taught: "Be rooted in love (Tanhàya blindness khanatha) 18  .
"As the trees were cut
   Root damage yet still durable
   Ai depending newspapers not spit
   suffering still being skeptical"  19
Out of ignorance arise or - now suffering; Because ignorance so craving still, clinging, defilement. Afflictions are very much, in summary there are ten defilements root, called fundamental afflictions, also called ten fetters. They are: Tham, yard, Si, Chieng, Nghien, Quan Kien, Quan Kien, Kien Thu, These ten things tie up, forcing people into the wrong path of suffering.
"Now that we know the ugly side of life, knowing it is an immense sea of waves, we have to bore it, shun it. Know suffering to find a way to escape, not to know suffering, then tired of life, frustrated, let down the hand to cry. But how to get rid of it if we do not know the top of the road, the way to step, unknown where we have to suffer. Good health care physician wants to eliminate the disease, must find the root cause of the disease. A good general wanted to eradicate the root of the rebels, must thoroughly investigate the cave, their headquarters where, but the new can encircle, catch them surrender easily. So too suffering is not enough to eradicate suffering, want to eradicate suffering at the root to find the cause of suffering. 20
Certainly not a wise man would deny the existence of suffering or unsatisfactoriness in this world. However, the difficulty for them is how to understand that craving itself has led to rebirth. To understand this we have to master the basic teaching of Buddhism is kamma (kamma) and rebirth. If the thirst is still alive, samsara will continue. It can only stop when the power to control it is thirst quenched by wisdom to see reality, truth, Nirvana.
Section III: Defeat (NIRODHA)
Killing is to destroy, eliminate. Killing here is to kill desire lust, defilement. That is the sure, correct reason due wisdom wise insight and interpretation. The term "Nirodha dukkha" is the correct truth, which the Buddha explained about the good circumstances that people can achieve when they have eliminated all afflictions. Affliction, confusion is the cause of suffering. In the fruit business Buddha said "You have to know, because the new set of afflicted suffering sufferings birth, so you have to die except for mental afflictions. When it has been eradicated, it is often necessary to grip the place except to be sure, not to be removed until the result of the nirvana, then of course, the cause of suffering is eliminated. still  21To say that want to liberate the practice is to eradicate the defilements. Eliminating the part of the defilement is to approach liberation as a float; As long as the weight drowned it, the more it floated on the water. Buddha taught: "This is the noble truth of suffering away, the monks, is dispassion, cessation, no residue remains so desire, the throw away liberated, no attachment"  22  . The Buddha clarifies "Indeed, this is raha, the devotion (Tanhàya) is nirvana" 23  . Answering the question of a god, He said, "The subtraction of craving (Tanha-vippahana) is nirvana." 24And Sariputta said: "The greed of greed, the renunciation of greed (chandaràga) for the five aggregates, is the dukkha of dukkha." But nirvana can not be described, nor can it be perceived by reason, since nirvana is supramundane, only intuitive. Nirvana is the realm of liberation, the renunciation of the conceptual language, the escape of all expressions, so it is not a question of the survey.
Nirvana is also described by many concepts or means of displaying some of the scriptures in very negative terms such as Nirvana is love, death, greed, ignorance, etc. .. "This is the ultimate cessation of desire; get rid of, deny it, get rid of it, get out of it. " 25
When a pariv-ràjaka asks what is nirvana, sabrathutta, the great disciple of the Buddha also responds to the above definition of the unconditioned Buddha: , kill the yard, kill si "  26  . "Abilene (bhavanirodha) is nirvana" 27  . The following refers to Nirvana the Buddha taught: "Ask the monks, there is no birth, not become, not limited, not combined. Without the unborn, unbound, unrestricted, unmarried, there is no escape for the born, become, limited, united. Because there is no birth, no becoming, no restriction, no association, so there is escape for the born, become, limited, combined. " 28"There is no room here for the four great earth, water, wind, fire, long, wide, crude, bad, good, neat and sharp concepts are completely destroyed. to come, to stand, to not die or to live, to find sensory objects " 29 . Since nirvana is expressed in such negative terms, there are many who have a misconception that it is negative, and expresses the destruction of the self. Nirvana is not the destruction of the self, because there is no self to destroy. If there is destruction, it is the destruction of the illusion that the wrong idea of self.
Saying Nibbàna is negative is not true. The negative and positive concepts are relative, within the scope of the treatment. Therefore these words can not be applied to Nirvana as absolute truth beyond binary, relative.
The story of the land turtle telling the story to the fish, gives us the notion that the transportation of the five human qualities is completely powerless in expressing Nirvana. The more exaggerated the expression is.
Although it is not expressible, but decides Nirvana is real; It is reality as it is, where there is complete insight knowledge, there is Nirvana. 30 .
One of the characteristics of Nirvana is the termination of the entire continuum of rebirth (samsâra) or re-existence (bhavacakkha). The doctrine of karma and the rebirth of a being born of the bonds of ignorance, craving and clinging. The attainment of nirvana involves the complete extermination of these bonds by developing vijjaa and wisdom (panananaa). That is the process of ending the cycle of rebirth. Buddha and Arhat others have expressed an experience for the end samsara by "birth took advantage, the consecrated life has finished, things to do have done, no longer reflect reborn" 31  reached to the state: Often, lost, fall, net is no pollution is always pure in the morning.
Section IV: The Magi (MAGGA)
The fourth noble truth in the Four Noble Truths is the path leading to the cessation of suffering. In the four, the Noble Truth is considered paramount. Since this is a method of cultivation that can bring an end to all the sources of suffering in human life, it leads to pure Nirvana.
In part this sole director, is an important part and the Buddha explicitly thoughtful "sole director has 37 products, divided into 7 categories":
1. Four items Satipatthana (Satipatthana)
2. Four Chief items needed (Amendment required)
3. Four items such as medicine sufficiency (Amendment required)
4. Five units (five units)
5. In force (Five forces)
6. Seven part Bodhi (Seven Bodhi part)
7- eight part path (Eightfold path part)

Weather 1-  Satipatthana Mindfulness is the four practices in the thirty-seven dharma virtues are four places where the practitioner must always consider. These are:
1. Impure body contemplation : It is the body  contemplation as well as everyone else, presently only a leather bag filled with foul smells, and then it will die, Damage to the end all must be turned into sand ash.
2- Tho Thi Kho  :
It is thought that the feeling of mind and body is often suffering from eighth pain, in addition to many other suffering such as Hunger, Thirst, Hot, Cold .... urgent, suffering more and more suffering, so called suffering. Happiness has suddenly dissipated in the heart feel grief, unhappiness, the scene is good though, but in a moment and then disappear not hold, give birth to suffering, so called Suffering.

3. Conscious Mind

4. The method of selflessness  :
It is thought that we here with all the truth in the world are due to the harmony of harmony that appears the fiction, birth and then kill, kill and then birth, from one place to another, around to go round all are difficult the body should be called No-self, only the legal body is the body. So the monk should be mindful of the obsolescence of the unclean (unclean), the feeling is suffering. The mind hates impermanence, the dharma has no self, and at the same time eliminate the wrong mentality to become pure mind, clear and enlightened.
Part II: The four chief
necessity is right, it should be diligent. Four of the four main work properly.
All good works are righteous. All good work needs diligence. All evil must be diligently abolished. The four things are:

3-      Benevolent Birth:
Deliverance is not necessary to cause birth.
4-      Good for birth:
The good deed that needs to be made grows up. The practitioner wants to accomplish the above four things. First of all, it is necessary to keep the body and mind from giving birth to negative karmas, and to try our minds and bodies to follow the good deeds in order to achieve good results.
Volume III - Quartet Y Tzu:
God is divine. Like the legs of the body. The body is supported by two legs. These four powers are born in the meditation include:
1-      Cancer God:
Despair means desire. The practitioner who constantly aspires to meditation practice is earnestly, the new law that relies on that impulse that arises, as well as people who desire material sex never used.

3.      Most psychic
Consciousness means concentrating on a scene, the practitioner wants to eradicate defilement, the result is the mind most specialized in the meditation that he is quietly studying, to place the law on the one center that arises, because the mind is intended, new wisdom arises, intellectual birth is new to enlightenment.
4 - Consciousness:
Consciousness is considered. Devotees have wisdom and use wisdom to contemplate the meditation that they are cultivating, that mind is determined by the mind, that is the Pure Land so it can be true and understand the truth of the universe. , in a radical way.
Those who follow these four meditations will attain the supernatural powers at their will, so they are also known as Four Senses.
            Subtitle IV - Five Units
The root is the force, the force. Both are nouns used for example. Trees like roots can grow. For example, if the roots are firmly rooted, the plants can be good. These two conditions harmonize, the new tree has enough capacity to flower, fruit. So, if there is a solid foundation, the strength is strong, then there is the hope of achieving the result.
            Five factors including  :
1.      Tin Apartments  : Private law and thirty-seven words to the assistant director is the true morality.
2 -      Tons of radical  : the demand for the decisive never decay.
3.      Mindfulness Apartments  : Mind often think about the principles on, do not start thinking the contamination.
4.      The apartment Mind with the pose as one, do not let it scattered outside.
5.      Tue base  : Consciousness Truth is the way to go to the shore of enlightenment.

V-Powers:

Details VI - Seven Bodhi Part:
Interior Interior Bodhi or Enlightenment Part Tri seven methods that practice to endorse intellectual outflows, including:
1.      Investigation of the Enlightenment:
All the reasons have to use wisdom to Considering and choosing for the most accurate is the main evil, which is a good law, which is evil to avoid.
2-      Expenditures:
Studying the Dharma is reflexive but not believing on the path of extreme in vain, so ascetic and too happy, but try to meditate on the Dharma, is not ethical meditation, no shortcomings.
3. Revelation of the  mind: The mind received the Buddha Dharma natural birth is called happiness Dharma Dharma, but if understanding the law has meaning and meaning so that the right understanding should not be mistaken.
4 -  Consoling the mind  : the practitioners try to practice so defilement is eliminated wisdom is invented and body mind is at ease gently.
5 -  Honorary: leave all expectations or attachments in the interior and the outside world, because all are false, not the commune, so do not be anxious.
6 - Spending readjustment : Focus on a scene is not scattered nor more than unsigned.
7  - Nostalgia  : It is thought to remember. Remember as the doctor looked sick, six glasses on the wallet as the drug. Practitioners need to always remember thinking the Dharma to  Dinh and  Luc  are balanced.
Hue lack, ie mental obscurity should use the trichrome: Truong French, diligent and Hy to consider.
The lack of mental alertness is disturbed, so it is necessary to use triangular chi: Khinh an, Commune, Dinh to be safe.
Chapter VII - The Noble Eightfold Path
The foot is right, straight. Tao is the path. The Noble Path is also called the Middle Path (Majjhimàpatipadà) because it avoids the two extremes: The good is to be immersed in sensual pleasures that are considered to be vulgar, indecent and dangerous. Depriving yourself with the strict forms of suffering leading to suffering, lowliness and harm is another extreme. Middle way is the only way to go to release all the illegal or. The Buddha said:
"This monks, this is the way to eliminate suffering, that is the path (Eightfold Path): Right View, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort , Right Mindfulness, Right Mindfulness "  32

He found the Middle Way with his own experience, and found it "bringing back knowledge, leading to tranquility, wisdom, enlightenment, nirvana." The path is often called (the eightfold path) sacred eight branches (ariya attanggi ka magga) because it has eight parts:
1 - Right knowledge (sammà ditthi)
Seeing, understanding right. Direct awareness or right understanding, clear as the truth. Nikaya  33  Definition of right view "Right Understanding is the knowledge of dukkha or the unconditional nature of all conditioned existence, the knowledge of the suffering, the cessation of suffering and the path leading to cessation. "  34 . The one who has right view, the right way to receive it, do not get white to black, bad to do good, bad to do, or vice versa. The observation of things of the person is not the habit, prejudice, desire to prevent or misleading. There are two kinds of knowledge. 35 There  are alms, donations, sacrifices, karmic retribution has the good and evil, there is another generation, mother has father, there are biochemistry, there are Brahmins , so the right view of pirated.
What is the knowledge base, the power of wisdom, the right view, the right opinion, the direction of an Arahanta chieftain, there is no heart, right view, so the right view smuggled, super so To make the lights shine, the ceiling can not be hidden.
2. Right thinking (Samma sam kappa):
Think is, think, it is conscious, right mind is thinking, right test, right thought. The Buddha said: "Right thinking is the thinking of the separation (the desire), the thinking of the mind or the yard, and thinking harmless or compassionate. The reverse thinking is Thinking 36 .
Those who follow the Law of Right Thought, often think of high moral ethics, think of the nature of color, to know the wrong acts, deep thoughts to repent, to think about the three dishes of illegal learning: Gender, Dinh, Hue to practice liberation; Ignorance is the cause of suffering, the source of evil and the right way to practice and save for yourself and for people.
Right Speech (Sammàvàlà):
Because of right understanding and thinking, the words and deeds of the meditator are also in harmony, righteousness. Visudhi Magga states: "When one sees and thinks like that (from the basis of the four truths and dependent origination - non-self) his renunciation of speech, a renunciation of evil now called right Speech "  37
In the example a saw  38  , the Buddha taught about the five types of language practice that a practitioner must practice right Speech:
- saying the right time, not to say non-time;
- Speak truthful words, do not say broken words;
- Saying peacefully, not saying harsh words;
- Say good things, do not say in vain;
- Speech comes from compassion, not say the word comes from the heart;
The righteous monk is very careful to say, before saying anything to think of the benefits and not true. "Former Confucius visited the place of ancient temples, see a picture of a person with three mouths. He taught the disciples to be careful of the words. " 39
" In the past, before the Buddha entered the nirvana, one of the disciples asked:
- White Lord , when the Buddha entered Nirvana, many people later life met many books. Can not distinguish the Buddhist scriptures from the Buddhist scriptures, so know what words in the tu? The Buddha said: - No matter who said that speech is true, the truth is that the truth of the faith.
-
So these words are reasonable, reasonable, there are benefits to all beings are right speech. Those words we have to believe in and practice strictly speaking like " 40
4 - Samma Kammanta
Kamma is an act of will. An act or behavior that is derived from right understanding and thought is called Right Action. Contrast with the Chief of the business is bad. The renunciation of unwholesome behaviors such as killing, taking over other people's property, damaging the rights, occupations, status, happiness, and the lives of others. The right-hearted person always respects his or her professional conscience, always acting in the best interest of all people and things, and if necessary, can sacrifice his or her own interests or life to relieve pain. suffering for others.
In addition, it is also called karma to use the wisdom to visualize the true law, or meditate, recite the Buddha, or recite, practice, to preserve the body, speech, the three meanings for the pure.
5 - Right Livelihood (Sammàjjìva)
Network is life, life. Right livelihood is born honestly by his honest, clean career. "The righteous follower, living a life of truth, greedy space, not rich in sweat, tears of others, do not make people and things to suffer, because of his career. No slaughtering, slaughtering, slaughtering, slaughtering, selling heroin, heroin, weapons, etc. 41 The right to life is a meaningful life, benefit people, worth three meals eaten, his clothes do not eat, not sit, live clinging to others.
According to right livelihood, righteousness, not superstition, and the body of the four elements that are impermanent, should take pure net as a body, take the wisdom to make the network, abandon the bridge, happy with the Dharma.
6 - Right Effort (Samma and yama):
It is the effort of diligence, diligence, straightforward purpose has been pointed out. Not for a reason but to step back. Right Effendant is diligent work the right way, benefit for himself as well as for people and things. "He followed the righteous, always first actively repaired himself, determined to eliminate the evil, decided The mind develops all good virtues, people in accordance with the right effort to progress on the way to liberation, until the goal is achieved, the same great new.
In short, people follow the Right Effort, decided to create worldly output, force the mind to work forcefully, take nirvana as the direction, a heart not respect, forever not to move, try to elaborate, to become a direct result, before the self, after the beings.
7 - Mindfulness (Sammàsâti)
7.2 - Right Livelihood Memory: Think of the wrong things to repent and think of the Four Senses: Enlightenment, Enlightenment, Enlightenment and Enlightenment to take care of the temple.
7.1 - Right Mindfulness: It is to use compassionate mind to think of life as suffering, sickness, delusion that beings are in need, to open up love and rediscover the hand of salvation.
According to the right mindfulness, often observing the footprints, the memorial of the assistant, regardless of where and what to do, also remember to think of the fruitless world output, di experience of how many lives do not rot. mind distracted. 42
8 - Right Concentration (Sammasamdhi):
The Buddha taught: "Bhikkhu ky education, unwholesome Dharma meditation and first meditation, a state of bliss by the lucid dream of having four .... and meditation fourth, not suffering not discharge pure thought. These monks here are called Right Concentration "  43 . The word "dharma" here is to focus on a matter, to be clear, justifiable, true to the truth that benefits one's self and the person. "  44 The righteous Think to observe the following main issues:
8.1          Impure Body  ( Impure Body ) is the body contemplation not pure purity to remove greed, ignorance.
8.2          Compassionate Compassion leaves all sentient beings to be a true heart, no less equal, to eliminate hatred, and to open up their love to save them.

SECTION V: AWARENESS OF THE VALUE OF THE SEVEN TO Chapter
1:  Awareness of the
Four Noble Truths is a practical principle, it directing people to live, building a wise life for themselves. Having mastered all of life's contents with four fronts, one realizes the position of the intersection that directs the right view to see our path. I am no longer foolishly waiting for the five professors with all the adventures of a peaceful and quiet place to lose the place of wisdom. I live with static thoughts bright light compared to previous darkness. I am no longer entangled in the trawling grid wrong wrong all the way.
To search for the end of life, of the condition of each being, to know it is the result of psychological affection, ignorance that. In this life, the psychology of love is paramount, is the psychology of grasping on everything for the ego ham. From that birth to fall in love, which is our favorite. The ego is the center, the headquarters for all. From the collectors because the affection is so strong, what falls out of hand is to sow suffering for us, from which we practice evil creation, squeeze his neck to how much pain and suffering, so the soul is after Analysis of the cause, know it must be released. The effort to detach myself from the charm of the habit of the billion-year life is to live by craving, following the awesomeness of the five beings and then it engulfs us not mercy on the rebirth of the sword. the stone of ignorance craving forever.
The old life is debt life, life loss, life is dark, sickness failure. At this moment, the soul lives with an immaculate command, with social separation, love. That is the circuit of the cycle.
Item II:  Value:
Thousands of years ago, humanity step by step to perceive the radio, new times have the content of civilization as brilliant today about the trip of Interplanetary human with satellite telecommunications system scanned the sky . Today people have heard, their eyes are as long as the power. Earth becomes tiny. The sun is the motherland of the solar system is being explored. In general, humanity has advanced to the intellect, but human mind has not advanced much, but people wherever they are with sadness, anger, hatred with the beat up. indulge And any society does not know how much fate. Man is the place where problems arise, never ending with the paradise of the earth. And in the context of the new situation, new human civilizations are suffering another disease, Even as dangerous as siddhas. And how many other worries to heaven. Then, the problem of eliminating suffering is still to be said forever.
In this magnificent civilized material, is the  Four Truths  an expression of an old civilization, smuggled? This problem, many people do not have to make county level thinking, they said: "What is Buddhism which itself comes to suffering, ... oh so boring, it represents old civilization, old-fashioned"  46Is that correct? Buddhism does not prohibit anyone entertain entertainment enjoy the dawn on the sea, or the winds cool wind heaven and quiet in the peaceful scene of poetry. The suffering here, after all, is the closeness, not knowing the way out of rebirth bruising. Practical Buddhism shows the status quo whether anyone can avoid the situation of traumatic, because helpless as the bird burying his head in the sand, trembling because the lion saw him. Buddhism is static, making human willpower strong, dare to fight with the truth to conquer it frankly. Knowing the supreme value is the upward trend of living up to static, knowing what life is worth here? And our life is not rushed through the ocean to eat sleep and enjoy the death is the package melted away. Nothing to say. If nothing is noble, our life is no different from the life of animals, Disintegrate as eternal plants? Buddhism with noble enlightenment. The supreme being that directs people from darkness, then recognizes and brings deliverance to eternal life.
Thus, the  Four Truths  equip us with a cognitive attitude to wisdom, not to lose sight of the value of a life here. This finite life, with this body, free from all suffering for a lifetime, then it is undeniable factual value. Buddhism shows the most concrete measures, the best to recreate the noble life away from the transformation of the soul, peace and compassion, the new life with suffering. Physical materialism does not completely create lasting happiness.

Chapter III   :  CONCLUSION
The noble character of the Four Noble Truths is that for the first time in thousands of years, the content of life, the value of life in the human being is put on the green carpet of consciousness to trace the source of pain suffering, the roots bring peace life. Buddhism is basically a wise way of life, so from the dawn, from the dawn of truth is transmitted to the Four Noble Truths.
The Buddha aimed directly at human rescue. That is, for nearly fifty years, the souls of those who have had the opportunity to meet him throughout the whole of the Ganges have felt the power. Just like the superiors that he planted for them. From there they achieve the ultimate happiness of Nirvana. Through over 2008 years handed down to one river, the other mountain, Buddhism remains faithful forever with the definition as a command clear forever as the induction of enlightenment, the cup of good fortune for everyone in heaven when they have Desire to find out what is the path, where is the last wharf of the trip to the sun through this illusory dream.
Only in Buddhism is this special mention of the possibility of becoming a Buddha of all human beings, because only Buddhism confirms that everyone is capable of becoming a Buddha by virtue of its nuclear origin. The principle that no species has outside human. The last Buddhist buddhist buddha is also in this life as a Buddha. That is to create a new metaphor for the human psyche, someone who has enlightened from the human condition, we have the action right here so that our souls fly up as the bird god stimulates that we also have the ability of the precious.
The Four Noble Truths are the principle of living a wise life, it is as if we have reached the top of the high mountain, looking down the plain to capture all the sight of the line that knows all the way through the back in the plain life. I love doing things that cause me to get stuck in the distress alcohol anymore. The principle is always something high but essential, it is the wisdom to guide us. Creates a system of consciousness for the functioning of all body, speech, and mind.
Thus, the Four Noble Truths are clearly presented in a causal relation, within the scope of each group, which shows that the First Noble Truth is the result of the Second Truth. The third truth (the truth of the cessation of suffering) is the result of the final truth (the truth of the path). Whatever concrete or pathological suffering exists, the practitioner recognizes the root cause of suffering, of course, at the same time seeing the disappearance of it and the path (or method) to eliminate it, the Buddha declared:
"Anyone who misbehaves suffering also see suffering, also see suffering, also find the path leading to suffering. 47
The Buddha repeatedly said in the Nikayas and Acts: "Until now Tathagata teach only one thing is suffering and the cessation of suffering "  48  . For the Buddha, all his teachings were meant to understand Dukkha, the unsatisfactory nature of all conditioned existence, and to understand the way out of this unsatisfactoriness.
This also means that the whole teaching is attributed to the Four Noble Truths. Similarly, Sunjutara said: "For all the footprints of all animals are photographed in the footprints of elephants, because this footprint is the largest in all footprints, so too, the sage , all the law is concentrated in the Four Noble Truths.
The Four Noble Truths are the basic teachings of Buddhism, not the Hinayana but the Mahayana. Practitioners want a certain result, can not ignore the Four Holy Truth.
I hope that when faced with the phenomenon of suffering in daily life, aging, illness, death, love, separation, hate, frustration, despair, etc. We will not be afraid, but on the contrary we know calmly using the right view find the cause, actively practice to be able to eliminate the root of all suffering. Thus Shakyamuni did the duty of the guide who led us from the dark to the arahant. He has put in our hands a clear map of the journey and gives us the means necessary for that great journey. We just left and went ahead.END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.16/3/2018.
