The Buddha,  after enlightenment under the Bodhi Tree, he sought fellow practitioners in the past as his brother Kieu-bare-like to teach. The first is the Four Noble Truths, in which the first is Suffering, saying suffering is the truth of this life. The Buddha said miserable, why we say the cultivator is looking for a source of peace, liberation, that is fun. Is that against the will of  the Buddha ? 
When looking at Buddhism, people do not understand that  Buddhism  seems pessimistic. But go deep, imbued with the teachings of the Buddha then we see the opposite. The Buddha said suffering only on fruit, because the fruit is easy to see, easy to know. When he knew the result, he came to the point. What causes that suffering? When we get to know each other, we have eliminated all of them. 
Today, scientists always find the clues of the sum la statue, based on the fruit to the core, never going from the core to the fruit. Because it is easy to see, see the results and then we find the kernel easily, while before the kernel is only the fruit is harder. As we now have orange trees, eat oranges, know the sweet orange. Those who enjoy the taste of oranges ask: Where does this orange come from? Naturally, we will explain from seedling, germination, germination, foliage, foliage, flowers, results. What is visible, proven; And the human is old, old, we can not just show the other person. So the teaching of Buddhism is very relevant to science now. 

If people do not understand, listen to  the Buddha  said life is suffering, to carry this body is suffering, said that  Buddhism is  pessimistic, Buddhism is tired of life, etc. .. That suffering is fruit, we know must find the cause. its. If we know which cause produces suffering, we immediately get rid of, natural suffering is no longer. If there is no longer suffering, then be happy. Fun not only have but only when suffering. That is the spirit of the Buddha. 
The Buddha speaks misery so that we can find the cause of suffering, know the cause, and then stop it. Let go and we are all suffering, that is, peace, liberation. So the purpose of  the Buddha  is to want us out of suffering, to be free, not to teach us to suffer. The method is not pessimistic. Do you look at spiritual practitioners who understand morality, live with virtue, often shake their heads, choke their tongue, sigh or laugh often? How many of them respond to the problems we need to understand. 
Persons who know how to always source the cause of suffering, remove them aside, the suffering is no longer. All suffering is called happiness. But sadly for our Buddhists today, tu without finding the cause of suffering to get rid of, again pray for the Buddha's suffering. Meet the sad, the suffering of the temple burn incense, bowing Buddha earnest, the Buddha gave me the grace to end suffering. Anything based also on the power of the Buddha not to spend money elaborately. 
Buddhism is very practical, not mysterious, but Buddhists we are familiar with the weak should see the Buddha is like the god. What is difficult to ask only with the Buddha for less suffering, not to cultivate less suffering. That is the weak point, the mistake of our Buddhists. Buddhist people must find the source of peace and liberation. Let me give you some basic points to show you the source of peace and liberation. 
In the Buddhist scriptures often say: "beings have eight things suffering: suffering, suffering, suffering, suffering, suffering, suffering, suffering, suffering and suffering. dry." Thus suffering more than happy. We examine carefully whether suffering is suffering for all or for those who do not know the moral? 
1. suffering 
According to the Buddha, birth consists of two parts. First, after getting out of her mother's heart, she is in pain. Second, in our lives, if we do not know cultivation, not understanding, then life is full of suffering, not happy. Thus suffering at birth and suffering in life. When there is a baby who does not laugh, or crying oa oa. It was because of the birth so difficult so painful, so the mother's mother is crying immediately. The cry that speaks of birth is suffering. 
From childhood to old decades, a life of much less fun. Have you checked out over the course of a lifetime, what do we want, most of what we like or just what we like? Make sure no one says the majority. The family is full of food, clothes, but children are difficult to teach. The children are easy to teach, but the family struggles in need, etc. .. all things reversible, not always satisfied as their own. So most of them do not mind. 
Human beings are born with dreams full of happiness, but through four, fifty years look back to life without happiness that much misfortune. Either to hear the news of a relative lost or have to go to this country, etc., etc. Or this story it makes me sad, must suffer. No one is   completely happy . Whole life, three quarters is suffering, only a quarter of happy, the fact is.
 
We have known that birth is suffering, now we have to make suffering out? How do we live in the realms of suffering and still be happy? That is not difficult. If living in this life but know that life is temporary, there will be lost, no one forever. So every day we are alive, it is good, there is time for us to cultivate, to do good, to help people. One day is a golden day, we have to use all to take care of ourselves, for people, how to make themselves and others are safe. Do a good thing that we are a source of fun. We transform this suffering life into a life filled with  happiness . 
Saying so would have thought, if the rich help the person, the other easy. As if we are poor, there is no condition to help anyone, then how to have fun. I remind you that in life there is much fun, only afraid we will not do it. 
For example, we do not have money for beggars or donations to help with floods, etc., but we are seeing the baby falling, we support, comfort, comfort him, Is it We can not do the help of money, we do the work of the body by word of mouth. Use the body and help the less suffering. Less suffering is that they are happy, happy people are happy too. That fun does not cost anything, only a little work. So finding the source of fun must not be difficult. Just when we see an ant drop in a puddle, we pick it up so it's dry and we're glad we're happy. 
People who know how to look back to his old days more angry, now reduced immediately feel happy. Meet those who are in danger, save their lives, from humans to animals, help any species has a source of fun. So we live to benefit beings. Although the ability is small, limited, but with sincerity is also fun. 
If we know how to live, whether life is suffering or birth is suffering, but every day we also gleaned a lot of fun. That is we smart, good understanding of Buddhism, not to ask Buddha for fun. The Buddha is not where, we have to create a source of fun from ourselves. But if we suffer, but if we know life, then birth becomes fun, not suffering. 
2. Old suffering. 
Why old suffering? Because old do not know what to do to go back and forth, miss you, miss you, sad mood, blaming one person to blame the other, to see old, sluggish, dark. So old is suffering. 
Old people should know how to use old age in their work. Those who have no responsibility to stay at home, find what is good, what beautiful teaching children, teach him. Give good sermons, good books to teach children, it is fun, do not do much work. 
Just like us, one day is a day to do something for yourself. The benefit to yourself for the fun is not where there is suffering. So say old or happy? Older people have more experience than young people. Why do not we bring those experiences to the next. So old age is not redundant, not abandon. Every day we live is valuable, old life is fun, not suffering. 
3. Sickness. 
This majority accepts. Does anyone hurt without groaning? Mole is suffering! Many people mimicked me sick, stretched year after year, so bored! So that sickness is suffering. 
But with the eyes of the Buddha, disease is not suffering. Why not suffering? Because the  Buddha taught  this body due to human conditions, including land, water, wind, fire. The Nirvana Sutra is said to be four serpents, a water serpent, a serpent, a snake, a snake. I would like to say in more detail, the water serpent is the cobra under the water, the fire serpent is fireball, the snake is earth cobra, the snake is the cloud snake. These four cobras are in a basket and they must bite each other. Snake owners see four children against each other, making this child restless, they must intervene to get them together again. 
 
We carry the body of the wind country, the four substances are in harmony? Few days, the fire won the water, it was too hot to find something to drink it cool, that is the fireballs. A few days to win the fire is cold shivering, to find something to drink for warmth, that is to regulate the water snake. One day the snakes were bitten by a cloud of tigers, when we cried in the wind, beat the wind, or in such a way as to make the wind come out, the body was light, and said, "The wind blows, the earth shakes." They always fight each other. We have to reconcile them. So leisure or suffering. 
Everyone has disease. If not serious disease, it is also mild disease, not much disease is also less disease, no one absolutely not sick. Because disease is the common suffering of all species! Many sickle rolls. Mole is suffering. But now know how to cultivate, when we have to do? We look at these four snakes, see who wins, who loses. Knowing that the four poisonous snakes are fighting each other, we do not accept this as true. The four gathered together should have a body, but because of the gathering in the struggle, the body is suffering. 
We know it is not sure, not durable, nothing important so less suffering. Usually pain, we find suffering because the body is above all, for fear of death. If it is clear that it is well coordinated, the combination is good, but tan is fun too. If it is, then we use it in useful, it is lost, we go out in a relaxed way, nothing is afraid. If not afraid of death, pain in pain, it does not hurt. 
In the past there was a sick monk, Tri master said: "White Venerable, Venerable the disease is not sick?" He said, "Oh, skin!" The know that it does not have the form should not be sick, but sick body is sick. So we know right where this body is temporary. Yes, there must be tan, nothing important. Not important, less suffering. 
At the same time, we also know that in this body there is truth, not form, it is the head of the body. Knowing that the body is pain, pain is the story of the body, see the pain is that we do not hurt. 
4. Death suffering. 
Everyone saw the dying people panting gasp, anxiety struggles, said death is suffering. 
If you are smart, especially meditation will see different. When  sitting meditation  from one hour, time to one and a half hours, two hours, the more advanced foot pain. But try to bear, win it and then it will pass, no longer hurt. Victory is brave. Because it is brave to win. 
When we die, the four elements are broken and broken, how can we not hurt? While in pain we see it as it is corrupt. And the "know" that corruption is not corrupt, painless. Knowing this, dying is not suffering anymore. So in the past Zen masters Tu Minh in China have said the verse: Birth as blanket cover, death as drop shirt. Cold winter is warm blanket is fun. Hot summer, sweaty wet shirt, get off shirt is healthy. For those who know how to birth and death as a game, nothing important should not suffer anything. 

Only people who do not know how to cultivate, care for protection, care, supply this body, so when this body ruined, with no where to rely. So miserable. Suffering or joy is at the practitioner or not. This body has a melting, but the boss does not lose anything is suffering. So death is not suffering either. 
5. Endure separation. 
That is the person you love that must be separated from suffering. If we know that love is the root of suffering, so less love, then less suffering. 
Saying love, people mistaken  Buddhism so  dry khan, do not know anyone. I often for example, like a small stream, water from the source flowed very strong, because of the small stream that many water so it flows swiftly. The sea is immense, as if it does not flow but actually it flows underground. If not, how much net water, big water. 
Likewise, the world binds itself in affection, friendship, so far away from suffering. And cultivators are open to all beings, so we all love. Because it all should be like the sea, not swift flow so not suffering. Love is tied up suffering, but love heart from everyone is not suffering. This person is absent, how many other people we have to worry about, who is free to miss one person. Thus compassionate heart is full of hybrids, no limit. And marriages are tied up, and the tied up pillars are dukkha. So say hello. If we end up loving, then suffering will naturally end there, will be happy right. 
6. Undue demand. 
Prayer is the desire, the unwillingness is not the intention of suffering. We want or expect something that can not be miserable. If we do not crave anything, today live today, do not look forward to tomorrow peace of mind. Every day we do all good things, good works, save one person to the other; Not help people to help things, do not need anything higher and we are still happy. Therefore, only need to calm the desire of natural suffering, should say the heart of the request immediately be happy. 
7. Resentment suffering. 
Hate that meet again is suffering. Do you hate someone bitter that they sit in front of me forever, are not you? It must be very hard. Now we do not hate anyone, there is no suffering. Not suffering is happy then. So where fun from where, suffering from? In ignorance that suffering, leaving ignorance is fun. 
We are so pitiful. I often say, like there are people walking in a boat across the sea, the wind and the waves do not want the boat to flip. At that time, people have free time to argue, angry, or not worry about how to die? Likewise, in this world everyone has so many tribulations are waiting, so everyone is pitiful. I was pitiful, people around me more pitiful. So do not love each other, there is no anger to hurt each other. Who is angry, is he wise or foolish? 
Yet the world is not going to be angry forever, someone said: "I am angry with him for decades do not stop!" He does not know that he hugged his anger in his heart that he was holding a charcoal fire, that he would burn me down, but also show off my anger for decades. Anger is very harmful, no benefit at all. By the way, we should get rid of each other and then laugh, life is temporary! 
Often in our hearts there are always two kinds of unforgettable people: One is the one we love; The two are the ones I hate. So after death we will see these two groups again. Merry again and hate to meet again. So people know the tu must be rid of anger, no hatred anyone. 
In fact, we are still ordinary, not to be angry, but not angry, so let's go a little faster. Buddhist scriptures have the sentence: "Anger irresponsibly," Not angry more than one night. We also get angry when we hear the word, but we get angry a little bit and miss it again. If anyone hugs and hugs, it is the reason to meet again tomorrow. We end our resentment when we are happy. 
8. The warmth of suffering. 
Warm body this year, strong, thrill too suffering. On the contrary, if we know to use the body warm year to progress will be happy. I often, for example, when I crossed the river, no boats, thanks to logs wading through the river. Wood when it is useful. But I have to cross the river and I have to know how to get rid of the log. 
This body, too, sick sick of all things, we have to bring in, have to use it to make sense. Using the body to benefit yourself, wake up people, just because the progress is useful. If the nursing care very well, to the day it died suffering. Because it is too bereft to lose this body to find another body. Sometimes the shoots are good, sometimes it takes a bad body. So that is born in hell, ghost, animal. We remember not to dear oneself, but only to use it to benefit beings, let us progress. It is a person who knows how to use the body. We know that the body is happy, not suffering. 
 
Thus, these eight things are not so miserable. Only when we are delirious, do we find it difficult. If we are aware, then there is no suffering. The Buddha says suffering for us to awaken, to wake up, there is no suffering, but to be happy. In the Nirvana Sutra, the Buddha taught the verse: 

Observant impermanence 
The birth of France 
Sanh kill kill 
Preserving microbe.
Translate: 
The onions are impermanent 
As the law of birth and death 
Sanh destroyed 
Prescription kill is fun.
Action means all the reciprocal generations, the activities in the world are impermanent, not lasting, it is the law of birth and death. From the body to the mind, both belong to the law of birth and death. All of the birth of silent death is out of the current death. That quiet place is happy. We understand morality, must be smart to implement such. 
One, do not accept impermanence as real. Second, we must calm the impermanence of birth and death, then we will end suffering is fun. For Buddhist recitation, must  recite the Buddha  for one. When the mind is born to kill all new birth into the Pure Land. For meditators, if the mind is silent, then the mind, due to the wisdom that arises, is happy.
