The Meaning of Positive Behavior in the Middle Way of Buddhism.

A- Introduction
Buddhism is the source of life and human life, is the platform for humanity. With such a noble divine mission, Buddhism is not far removed from the reality of human suffering. The Buddha faced the same suffering, find the ways to eliminate the pain of suffering, bring happiness and happiness for human beings, help people build life Truthfulness-Beneficial-American.
If you leave the world to find the Bodhi Bridge, it's not like finding a furry horn rabbit, because it's never been there. "(The Buddha said:" Buddha-dharma in the world, not outside the world. France, the cup of the Bodhi, the cable as the open mind - Kinh Kinh). The Buddha was born to serve the people, leaving the Buddhist people out of mission.
This noble spirit was manifested during the journey of teaching the Buddha's birth. He just said:  Suffering and the Way to the End of suffering  .
In fact, human life is still in constant misery. Frustrations, boredom, conflict and tragedy are commonplace on the stage of life. Human life is fleeting, temporary. But since ancient times, there have been no steps to find a way out of the suffering of birth, old age, illness, death. The appearance of the Buddha in this world marked a great turning point. He found the way to liberate himself and all beings. He actually opened the immortal door, unveiled the veil of ignorance, and from then on, those who practiced His teachings could escape the samsara, attain nirvana. This is the ultimate goal of the Buddhist school. On any battery, at any angle, its essence is still one, as hundreds of rivers flow to the sea and purely one is salty. Likewise, the teachings of the Buddhas,
However, depending on the individuality of the Buddha, the Buddha's teachings and the reception of human beings are not co-developed, but finally reach the goal of peaceful welfare. This is a consistent point in Buddhism.
The Aramaic is a fundamental teaching system. From this basic doctrine that develops and develops to the point of fullness. Based on the teachings of A Jhana, we can affirm that the whole Buddhist system of Buddhism in general and Ajja in particular have consistency to bring about the ultimate end of the religious life. Except craving, clinging, ignorance, liberating all smuggled or human direction straight toward nirvana, peace.
But to achieve this goal of peace, we have to practice according to the method taught by the Buddha - this method is a practical system of mind-opening education, known in the world for 25 centuries. Through, rather than an abstract, reflective or exotic method. This method is also called  the Middle Way , the right path of life, a system of moral philosophy, a method of self-acceptance, recognized as liberation and rational. This method teaches us three things: do not do evil, willing to help others and keep the mind pure - healthy.
This topic is very meaningful and practical. However, it is very difficult to practice these things. The reason is because of the inherent weakness of man. Human conduct plays an important role in the way of life. The Buddha once said: "My teachings are not to come and believe, but to practice." This encourages people to thoroughly study his teachings to consider whether or not to accept this doctrine. No one is required to accept this lifestyle without first comprehending His teachings.
Recognizing the valiant useful value of His teaching, as well as the method of practice through the jhānas, and especially nowadays, applied to modern life, can be seen as a platform of a Most of human life.

BI-History of Aramaic
1. History of compilation:
The Aramaic Sutra is a Sarvativada, the so-called Sarvativada. It is possible to say that the Sutra is a posthumous origin of the original Tibetan scriptures in Magadhi. This organ was formed during the first conception that occurred in 554 BC. From the very beginning, Samgiti has not yet become a written language.
Later on, the path of the development of the sect of separatism was removed from the Mahayana school about 300 years after the Nirvana (beginning of the 3rd century BC) and of the establishment in northwestern India, including The two centers are Mathuara (Maratha) and Kashimir (Ke Tan). But it was not until the first century AD under the emperor Asoka (Asoka) that the Sutra was recorded in the Sanskrit language by the contribution of the Brahminical Buddha named Panini. Thus, the Aśpā Ha Sutra is formed in the second half of the Pali Canon, as the Pali body was formed at the end of the third century BC under King Asoka.
About the content from the beginning of the Sutra A Sutra is recorded in five sets: School, Middle School, Upper School, Upper and Lower A function is equivalent to 5 sets of Pali: School, Middle, .
However, after a period of development, the spirit of openness and reconciliation, the progressive promoters have added some of the great sutras from Vesaly in the South, A function. Hence, the number of sutras has been increased to include dozens of sutras, so Little A Ham does not retain the form and content anymore, but must change to the new name is A junction, then switch to Bodhisattva Bodhisattva. It is the historical precursor of the Mahayana Tipitaka.
At that time, the conservative of the self automatically pulled out of the A Journey of A number of economic properties of the A function, forming the translation business such as Dhammapada, Sinh Kinh, Sequence, etc. etc. A Lower Function. That is why there are four sets of Ahamas today. In contrast, the Pali from the day of the practice still retains the form, content and quantity. It is a special place in the history of the Pali and Aramaic texts.
2. Interpreter history:
Buddhism was transmitted to China at the beginning of the first century AD 67, during the Ming dynasty. But up to the beginning of the 5th century, a large part of the Tibetan Sutras was translated from Sanskrit to Han, including 4 sets of Aramaic.
  • A Jambatic School: It was commissioned by the Buddha Da Da Yap and Truc Mindfulness in the first two years after the birth of the Tay in the capital Chang'an, the Qin Dynasty and the collaboration of the Tao Records. At the same time, the organizer of the interpretation is Lecturer Sung, 22 books.
  • The Sutra: The Sutra: Translated by His Holiness the Elderly Translation in 2 years 397 - 398 AD, in the capital city of Qinqiang Dynasty. With the collaboration of the Sangha closely in terms of Sanskrit and the Tao. At the same time, the supporter of this translation was Thuong Tho Vuong Nguyen Lam.
  • Trung A Ham has 60 books, 18 products.
  • There are 51 books, 52 articles divided into 11 legal.
  • A Jambatsean, by His Majesty Na Pali, translated into the life of Liu Tong, there are 1362 sutras.
3. Meaning of nouns A function
A function is a generic noun only for 4 sets of A Functions. It is Truong, Trung, Tang Nhat and A Ham.
A Ham is the sound of Agama. There are two main meanings.
Infinite Dharma : in the right order, ie the Buddha Dharma spoken in the A Jambal is supreme, no one can compare, no more dharma.
Dharma is the root of all good things, the forest is collecting all, both learned, both rich and immense, explaining the vestiges of the sage. Stupid, blame, analysis of the cause of the puppet, heterosexual, record the achievements of the past, including all the earth and sky, which originated here, the French do exist. For example, the sea, hundreds of rivers are all about, so called Dharma.
After the enlightenment over the first two weeks of Huayen Sutra, the Buddha preached for 12 consecutive years.Contents of the teachings of A Jamb, the Buddha attaches importance to the ego, the craving and the results of Nirvana.
B.II- Introductory Note - Positive Meaning in Thought of the Middle Way of Buddhism Through Arahantship
Eyes of the Blessed One look far beyond the limit
of the world as the sea blue deep blue color
Hand from burning the torch in the middle of the night picking up
with rich gold amulet!
The Buddha - the gold master revered. He found the "golden shade" as the brilliant sun illuminated the realms of unconscious ignorance. If Prince Siddhartha from childhood forever enjoy pleasure in gold jewelery, next to the powerful love of the patriarch with the bride of the bride ... he must have nothing to me. Respectful But, happy instead! Early realization of the reality of life filled with suffering by birth, old age, sickness, death, seeing the generals are surrounded by life, the Prince has left the capital to find the truth. After the extraordinary battle that lasted for more than six years, through the ascetic press, still did not find a way out of suffering, He abandoned this practice, himself into the deep forest, without assistance from Outside, not guided by a supernatural power, alone, solely dependent on wisdom, The effort of self-determination with high resolution, he has all the greed, anger, delusion, suffering. Finally, he attained the reality of the dharmas and became a Buddha, a full enlightened being.
After becoming enlightened, without enjoying the Dharma alone, He set out to transfer the wheel of the Dharma. The truth that He has realized and taught us to practice is the path of the Middle Way .
Now, let us go into the meanings of the  Middle  Way taught by the Buddha through the sutras.
Meaning of Meaning "Middle Way"
The middle path , if called enough  middle class dependent  (Majjhima Patipana). From a philosophical standpoint, the path does not absolve an issue, break away all attachments, not accepting and not accepting, not excessively and inexorably, separates the extremes and troubles. The brain, the freedom in the waist, the liberation of enlightenment, the results of Nirvana should be called the  Middle Way .
However, the views and thoughts of the  Middle Ages  are realistic. That is to say, the  Middle Way  is defined as a special method of practice, transcendental dualism, that is, to enter the absolute truth, but still exists in a graceful manner in all time and space. And the existence of self to others and dhammas.
Therefore, we can assert that Buddhism goes against most other religions by clearing the path of " Middle Way " and spreading the doctrines of cloning centered instead of dogmas. God is the pillar. Thus, Buddhism is inward and aimed at individual liberation, the teachings must be realized on their own. The Buddha repeatedly advised his disciples:
You must diligently diligently
Tathagatas are the only ones who map the way "
 (Dhammapada 176).
"Self-improve yourself, rise up,
and open your mind to the teachings of the Buddha.
Shiver the army of death,
as the statue shakes a tower huts"
For the first time in the history of the world, the Buddha taught that one should not seek liberation by depending on a redeemer, whether he is a person or a god.
As usual, the end of the majority of mankind is complete destruction, or eternal survival. The materialist believes that after death all human beings are completely nothing, becomes nothingness. Some religions hold that salvation can only be achieved after life, in union with an omnipotent, or inexplicable force, a form of permanent existence lamb.
Buddhism teaches the " middle path " man the ultimate goal of Buddhism is not extinction, because there is no permanence for extinction, nor permanent existence for eternity. The goal of Buddhism can be achieved in this very life.
Here, the  Middle Way  is sequentially interpreted as follows:
(I) Middle Way - Leave the extremes
As Spinoza writes, " What is most common in life, and best loved by man, is the best, can be reduced to three things: wealth, honor and good ambition. The mind is so dynamic that it is hard to think of anything better . "
Indeed, the habit of people to think that satisfying all desires is the best happiness. In satisfying sensual pleasures, there is temporary happiness in dreaming, expecting, enjoying and recalling similar pleasures. But happiness is subtle and temporary.
To illustrate this point, let us look back to our Pastor, who, as a prince, tasted enough of the material pleasures of life, as described in the Middle Ages:
"... It was the day before, when leaving school, to leave the place, from the leisurely space, from the life so mellow ..."
Around him is a silk screen is, delicious food, servants, beautiful wife beautiful ... But He said that these are only temporary pleasure, all will be transformed, Decay due to the devastation of time. Live in the velvet he perceives to be afflicted. Therefore, Tathagata said that:
"... we have to bear the old dead disease, defilement and pollution, why continue to love the pursuit of the essence is also so.For the birth of aging sick death, defilement and pollution, we are Have realized the disadvantage of these things, or try to find the unsuccessful, the ultimate and absolute, complete Nirvana. -
Another passage in the Third Sutra of the Qin Dynasty expresses the Prince's anxiety and remorse while still enjoying sensual pleasures.
Because of the lack of disease, so noble, arrogant, unlucky, and then due to greed that is not born, not practicing virtue. Because he is so young, he is tall, arrogant, overwhelmed, and because of greed that is born illiterate, not practicing virtue. Then, because of greed that is born, not practicing moral ... "
Clearly so in the middle of the night, the prince left the "prison of hell" seeking to find truth through six years of reflection and empirical practice of the religion. He brought strong wills like a torrent of water, firmly like a mountain to overcome the bonds of the flesh, not to mention ascetic to the same level of ascetic monks. He ate less, hungry, thirsty, using only sesame seeds. The royal body has the dusty dust of wild mountains and wilderness. Quiet and meditate! He has struggled with time and overcome all circumstances, sometimes forgetting himself, all minds are focused on the question of "liberation and spiritual liberation" The pain of the world is torn!
But the light beings are not found, the energy has worn out, and then one day on the path of search, he fell down the side of the road.
Oh! Life has been so painful, why do we even try to do more pain. He thought: "The practitioner as well as the strings, the string is too high to break and the music will fly, the string is too low to mute and the music does not rise up. Also, too happy or too miserable, not true spiritual practice, because the body is very pleasing, the soul is passionate, but the shape is hard, the soul is disturbed. These two extremes! An innocent soul, a wise mind developed in a body of pure and pure. The leader needs to develop his new intellect to liberate and enlighten "
After moments of reflection, He said: "Even though past masters or ascetics suffer from painful, painful or painful feelings, this is the same, impossible. However, it has gone through so many hardships and hardships that we have not achieved anything good, worthy of high enlightenment and wisdom beyond human states. What other paths lead to enlightenment? From that experience itself, he was firmly aware that asceticism could not be profitable even though the philosophers and monks of the time asserted that it was a necessary way of life to attain. Came to the end, found that asceticism only reduced intellectual reflection and fatigue. He immediately reported the same method of ascetic wrong practice,
Right in the first sermon, the Buddha spread the Middle Way   which he himself discovered and also the essence of his teachings.
First of all, the Buddha advised the ascetic of 5 asceticism, so the two extremist methods of rebirth were ascetic and ascetic, as neither could lead to the state of tranquility. The very first statement was stated:
Monks, there are two extremes that monks should not practice. What are two?
A - Easy to enjoy in sensual is vulgar, vulgar, merciless, not the quality of the holy man, not related to the purpose of liberation.
Hai - Ascetic penance is suffering, not worthy of the deity and lead to damage.
The Middle Way  , this monks Tathagata Tathagata has realized to avoid extremism, bring dharma and knowledge, bring to silence, willow, full enlightenment and Nibbana.
The Buddha described these two extremes as vulgar, clumsy, unworthy of saintliness and worthlessness, and should not be misunderstood that this meant that the Buddha had retreated into the jungle without being affected. Life - He could not come so narrowly.
Even if one is seduced by illusory vision, for anyone who knows calmness, reflection, material pleasures, it is indeed short, never fully satisfied and only results in unhappiness. Referring to the worldly blessings, the Buddha taught that the accumulation of property and the enjoyment of property has been the source of two pleasures of the mundane. However, the true novice does not seek pleasure in pursuing temporary and temporary pleasure.
In contrast to profiting, the extreme is a persistent effort in asceticism. This extreme criticism, the Buddha taught, is that this is a method of suffering, unworthy of the holy and infinite quality of the other extremes, which he describes as vulgar, vulgar and profane. It is often the only sincere jujas who are determined to give up all attachment to the five sensual pleasures that enclose themselves in this suffering stage to attain total liberation from the afflictions of life. The Buddha himself experienced the suffering path and described it as futile, only increasing suffering.
Here, we find both extremes of thought that inadvertently lead people into sin, error, and degeneration. Because of the ambition of the blind man has caused anger and all the other suffering. The enemy of the whole world is greed, so all evil comes to human beings, when one becomes obstructed by reason, this craving becomes anger, and then mankind Sa into his own net was wrapped in the desire to seek pleasure, like the spider in its net. More than that, once the human sensual pleasures to the extreme, greed, hatred and ignorance arisen, but every attachment arises, it will build a heavy sentiment that makes human beings forever depraved in birth and death .
In order to prevent greed, suppress all external material temptations, the Buddha taught us to be  knowledgeable .As mentioned in the Sutra Sutra - The Third Sutra III recounts the Buddha's teachings on the cessation of craving as follows:
"Human beings must be fully self-sufficient, cloth cover themselves, eat only to support the body, travel to where to bring the bowl, go nostalgic, as well as bristles carrying wings flying in the air ".
It is true that enough knowledge is rich, happy and peaceful. People know enough lying on the land is also happy, people do not know enough in heaven is not satisfied. Not rich enough, poor, rich enough, poor. "-
Not only that, the Buddha continued to teach about the passage of desire by  "the capital, usually closed mind, thought to want to clarify, defend the mind that is accomplished, Eyes see the color is not grasping the form, is not absorbed in the color, because the avoidance of the eyes, the mind, not in the heart, not the brain, so the ears, nose, tongue, body, The law does not cling to the general, do not be immortal, because the avoidance and the mind root, in the heart not to be greedy mind "-
This means that we want to break the heart of greed, we must collect the Greenblood (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind), when exposed to the ceiling (lust, bar, flavor, taste, Dhamma) so that they are not contaminated, prey in that place, from which to escape the suffering caused by them.
On the other hand, the Buddha taught that asceticism, by virtue of erroneous perception, belongs to the wrong view, so it also forms a sentiment, thus also bringing about the suffering of mankind that can not be liberated. Okay, never hope to be holy.
Ham Jataka III, there is a paragraph about the ascetic is not legal, not true, meaningless, no benefit:
He is a self-aggrieved, hard-working, he chastens ascetically, he tries to remain in a place, but he does not leave the heat now, he is not legal than he Peace of mind triumphantly "-
Finally, nothing can bring anything for yourself and your whole life. By acting wisely, separating the two extremes, living according to absolute truth. The Absolute Truth is experienced daily, in the four postures, in the sleep dress, the normal movements according to the natural law and the rule of empiricism. As King Tran Thai Tong said:
In the happy life depends on the coast
Hunger to eat tired sleep immediately
Treasure full stop looking for the
scene without heart do not ask meditation
(Ii) The middle path is the eradication of defilements
Affliction is the hot psychology, frustration, pollution attached to all phenomena occur in all our mental activities, emotions. It hinders the path to the profession, from the angle of purity and liberty that looks down on that psychological system, it gives us the name of our  affliction , the blindness of blindness that blinds the mind as bright clouds The hardships darken the stars. In the Statue of Compassion (Trung A Ham III) refers to the naming of the five mental defilements are:  lust, greed, lull, lull, and suspicion .
These are bad psychological states that pollute the human mind, causing the evil humanitarianism. It is the impediments and the inhibitions of spiritual development, the dhammas that conceal the dharmas, especially the meditation and the attachment of the mind within the unwholesome circle ... It is completely locked, cut off and Prevent the door from entering liberation.
In the 706 sermon A Ham II, the Buddha taught:
"Monks, there are five dharmas, can darken, make no eye, make no mind, make illusory thinking, no intelligence, no sense, no nirvana. This is greed, greediness, gloomy, pervasive and doubtful. These 5 things make us dark, not visible ... not toward Nirvana. "
The next successor also mentioned the five defilements as follows:
"Hey you monks,
Lust, anger Nhuế so,
as the first year this,
growth of afflictions,
do obscure world,
Attachment deep difficulty level,
compartment cover legal beings,
make him find the right path" -
 (A Hàm - Sutra No. 707 - page 693)
The Great Sutra and the Great Sutra - The Aramaic School, the Buddha as well as the Sutra (obeyed by the Buddha's sermon to the monks' congregation) mentioned five dharmas to be excluded: "Monks, What are the five dharmas that need to be eradicated? These are the five hindrances of greed, anger, loneliness, pity and suspicion. "In A Jaws also emphasizes:
To speak of an unwholesome play, these Bhikkhus, speaking correctly, refer to the five hindrances. Indeed, these Bhikkhus are ungodly, ie five hindrances. "
The most prominent A Ham has also been told about the five barriers:
"Monks, there are five obstacles, the hindrances that cover the mind, the weakening of the mind, the five obstacles that combine with suffering and do not lead to nirvana." Bhikkhu is a barrier, a hindrance that envelops the mind, weakens the mind, the yard ..., kisses the linguist ..., pantomime ..., suspected, monks, is a barrier to obstruct Cover the mind, weaken intellect "
Thus, we see in almost all the Tibetan Abbas mentioned five barriers, which always make our mind disturbance, afflictions, inhibits our progress, 5 obstacles that generalized How bad it is, we will turn, learn to find ways to cope.
A) Lust
Include forms of craving, craving, desire, desire, desire, desire, eagerness, attachment, natural ... the enemy of the whole world is craving, through greed Love, all afflictions to beings, human beings entangled in chaos, confusion.Because of the clear and transparent understanding of the nature of greed, the source of greed, the cessation of greed and the righteous way leading to the cessation of greed, self-liberation, The situation becomes clear.
So what is greed? The Mindfulness Sutra - Middle Aifunction III states as follows:
Where there is joy and delight, lust is born and arises. Lust, bar, incense, taste, touch, dharmis are places of joy and delight, where craving arises and arises. When greed is discouraged, it becomes discontent and indignation. "
Lust is considered to be the motive force behind an act of ignorant humanity.
"Lust is
lust,
lust is lust, lust is
excreted, no fear, no fear." -
 (Dilemmas - Dhammapada 215)
Or
"Whoever lives in this life, the
craving is bound, the
sorrow grows,
as the grass suffers from rain" -
 (Dhamma - Dhammapada 335)
In the Karmic Joy of the Church, the Buddha also described very vividly the harm of craving.
Monks, because of his craving for the king, the prince with the prince, the monk with the monk, the people with the people, the mother with the wood, the wood with the mother, the father Argue with the child, arguments with the father, brothers and sisters, friends with friends ... They win each other stabbing, even hostile, using guns to kill each other, then receive Take the consequences of the dead, the fear, and the birth of remorse - painful misery.
Thus citta itself is the growth of evil, the root of the craving that is wide and deep. Its effects "are good for the grape and are firmly grasped ". Loyalty is an extremely powerful force, always sleeping in every person and the main cause of most misfortunes. It is raw or subtle desire that makes us cling to all forms.
Craving is not only a self, not a human nature or a human life, but the result of a chain of ignorance. So craving is the nature of ignorance and suffering. The individual can not find anything in the world of craving because it changes impermanence. The more unhappy the human lust is, the deeper the suffering, the more suffering the more cognitively holds the lust, this is the existence of clinging. The contents of clinging include:
- Hold the insights, perception called the viewer
- Hold the wrong things called false sex
- Hold the argument about the fall called the fall clause
Hold on to your favorite and hold on to your favorite pleasures
That clinging attitude has been the cause of many conflicts, struggles, rivalries, wars, and mourning.
All these sufferings are the result of the bottomless greed. So let us listen to the urgent voice of the Buddha himself to stop the catastrophe of greed. " Go deep and root at greed, " only then can we save ourselves. Any other way.
We can say that in the history of religion, the Buddha himself was the first to explain the origin of suffering, without mentioning a foreign or superhuman character: " My suffering is due to action And my actions are due to my craving. "When there is no craving, of course there is no" attachment to the five pleasures "and where there is no craving, where all the afflictions. To fade. The stronger the desire, the deeper the suffering, the more hunger, the more affliction. Sadness is the debt that we must pay when we have nurtured our desire.
Tham is the leading problem of man, because man is the most common, so before entering Nibbana, the Buddha reminded: " Like the flesh where boils ... If the patient does not worry soon, Long live birth to death must die ... mothers must soon cure treatment craving, if you wait without diligence will be dead ... ".
B) courtyard
Emotional regret, malice, anger, or irritability. Anger is the reverse of craving because hatred is the fulfillment of craving. Due to greed that is not satisfactory or is barred from the yard. Once all the crimes are done, all the miseries are created. All the cruelty, the cruelty, the cruelty that arises. The court has a kind of secretive outburst.
Hear a word of the ear, see an unpleasant action immediately boomed loud booing yard outbreak. This type of yard is very dangerous, but the enemy is easy to see. The things that you want, be obstructed by others, immediately blushed, blurted out the words, legs and arms dance, the body moving in a manner of harmony. If this time, the enemy to give up the possibility of miraculous, otherwise there is gonorrhea difficult to avoid. One of the most prominent features of the pitch is a devastating storm of unpredictable hazards. Every danger in our lives comes from the yard. The person who holds a grudge is the one who holds the poisonous snake in the house, easily wreaking havoc in just a moment.
Someone has the strength to squeeze out anger, but they nurture it secretly. When they heard the eardrum, they got angry and stuck in their lap. The yard is silent but evil countless, because the object is not known to prevent pickup. Those who are secretive yard is human poison dangerous. This is a fiery charcoal fire that is hard to see for a long time. People hold this yard like a beautiful house that is full of poison gas. Those who are subtle, the comment is superficial, unavoidable to suffocate to suffocate, harming himself is also not safe. So the yard is a threat to himself, for him, all the suffering in life to everlasting life caused by the yard.
On the other hand, hatred nourishes anger and obscures the mind, if not controlled in time, these unwholesome thoughts will penetrate the mind and obscure knowledge, blinded, not clear the truth. It distorts the whole mind and related mental states, and thus hinders the light of truth, closing the path to freedom.
Lust and anger are based on ignorance and lie in the cloud of ignorance, the height of our madness. Attitude, delusion, and delusion not only delays the growth of the mind, but also the cause of all conflicts, disputes, and divisions between people and people between one nation and another. .
Obviously, anger is extremely dangerous, because of them, which leads to disorder and insecurity in society and the community. Kinh Hoa Strictly copy: "The concept of the starting mind, the bamboozling of the open mind " means a recitation of the platform, hundreds of thousands of karma open. The copy of the Buddha's book "Themost pure fire, the power of the devastation of merit . Means an angry fire, can burn all the samples of merit forest. In fact, the fire of anger burned in the midst of humanity, and it burned in so many unknowns, the work of which humanity has consumed so much sweat and tears to create. Therefore, to exclude hatred, the Buddha advised us that:
"Grassy field
farmyard
Venomous villagers Helled the
gods of happiness" -
 (Dhammapada - 357)
C) Deep-seated bliss
A mental state of sluggishness, not sad operation. It is not a state of laziness that belongs to the body, as some people tend to think so, because, even to the Arahats, perfect ones are the ones who completely overcome the hindrances. Sometimes I still feel tired. Hypnotic hypertrophy causes us to lose our enthusiasm, our lack of determination, and our spirit becomes weak and lazy. Due to the influence of hypnotic hypnotic conjunctiva - the heart can not function effectively, such as a piece of butter that is too dense, clotted, making it difficult to spread on the bread, or like a malt stick on the spoon.
Hypothermia is a dangerous enemy of spiritual development. In a kissing state leading to a lower kiss and eventually lead to the indifferent mood of ice. Such weakness is a dangerous obstacle on the path to righteousness and freedom. The Buddha taught us to be diligent, to make new mental efforts to overcome this wretchedness. He once proclaimed that:
"By the zeal to try to
self-restraint solemnly
He built the island
flood water hard to overflow"
 - (Dumpling - 25)
D
Or so called ample and anxious. Often, the human mind has an anxiety disorder that is anxious. The guilty and the impatient are often hindered. When the mind becomes loose, it is like broken bees, hovering non-stop and so hard to stay. A calm mind can not be tranquil, it is such a disturbance that is an obstacle on the road leading to the quiet, the upper road. The state of anxiety is so damaging. When the other person is anxious forever and again, all the way to the other, the things that have been done and the things that have not been done and always worry about life's misfortunes Surely his mind is never peaceful. All emotions disturbed annoyance, annoyance,
People often repent of their sins. The Buddha did not glorify those regretful attitudes, because when the correction fell to the ground, there is no mourning mourning. Instead of crying out, groaning such shortcomings, one should strive to try not to repeat the same unwholesome deeds in the future. Someone is anxious to neglect a chance to create good karma, or have forgotten part. This is the same, in vain, to do so is to stand on one side of the river and tell the other side to come closer to me to step over, instead of wasted in vain. As anxiety about good deeds that miss doing, or trying to actively create good karma, that is the training of the Buddha.
Instead of:
The unwholesome
creature is finished Repentance, the
eyes are leavened that
will bear the bitter fruit"
  - (Dhammapada - 67)
Then let's:
"The creator of good karma is
done without repentance, the
joy of
gathering the fruit of the moment"
 (Dhammapada 68)
E) skeptical
Is all doubt, not causation, karma; The uncle explained that this barrier is the inability to decide anything in a certain way. Doubts here can be divided into three aspects:
Self-Confidence: It is suspected that, such as listening to the Master said,  "Cultivation will be liberated," but the self-doubt that:  "Do not know if I tu?" Because of this hesitation doubt should not cultivate
Method: It means suspected method of cultivation, for example, when listening to the Divine Sutra says,  "The one who chant the Buddha, from one day to seven days, Continue to lead the country of ecstatic. "  But they doubted,  "The method does not know that is true?"  Due to this suspicion, not cultivate
Nghi Nhon: It is suspected that he taught himself. As someone taught that  "good will be blessed, evil will be sin"  but think  "Do not know this person is real?"  Because of that suspicion does not do
Thus, people who suffer from skeptical uncertainty, inconclusive, not necessarily what they are doing is very clear is extremely disastrous. And unless the mood stops, the other person will continue to suffer for it. The days and hours when people are in a state of skepticism that disturbs the mind, like the person sitting on the fence, is a very serious mental illness for the mind-building work. This can be overcome for anyone who is not a Buddhist or does not know the Three Jewels.
The above five obstacles are the perpetrators representing the mind of distress in the realm of sex. Once the mind has been damaged by impetus, it will not be able to rest well on any object of pure nature. It is true that the other person can concentrate on an object, with unwholesome thoughts such as craving, anger, ignorance ... These things are evil. At what time does the idle spirit or aspiration exist in whom the unwholesome thoughts still arise in him? So the afflictions of the five hindrances are the main cause of suffering. All the suffering in life, the anxiety, the obstacles to the goal of liberation are the five culprits. Hence the impact on human psychology leads to individual and social disorders, Or the elements of corruption and injustice in society and wars lie in the five hindrances. People are always surrounded by the five hills. So first we have to create peace, to bring the world peace because " Peace is the world average ."

"Eliminate 5 hindrances, get 5 freedoms:
As debtors get out of debt
As a sick person heals
As a prisoner is released
As slaves get free
As people across the desert are happy ... "
In order to tame the five hindrances, one needs to open up a new direction of thinking through the practice of mindfulness of mindfulness, which is clearly discerned when the inner one of the five hindrances arises Therefore, the Buddha taught us that it is necessary to see clearly how our minds are to find ways to counteract, that is, the need to cultivate and develop the five psychological factors. Being mindful, consistent, happy, touching, and one-pointed.
-  Enlightenment : is the sticking of the mental state on the object, its task is to whip the object, led to the object.Enlightenment is the first offense of the mind with objects like bees flying to the flower, when it wants to trace the scent of flowers.
-  Quan : is thought to be elevated in character and continually emphasize the object, the task that causes the mind to focus, as the movement of the bird will use the wings to balance. nowhere.
-  Hy : Characterized happy, excited audience, its generals are high. Hy is a pleasure to have achieved. Hy levels are 5 levels: happy Hy, happy as lightning, happy as showers, happy to lift up fullness, when full of joy, joy and joy.
-  Lac : Is satisfaction, happiness, satisfaction increase the corresponding strength. Lost is the true experience gained.
-  Consciousness : is focused on the object as a fire in a place where there is no wind, it is a part of meditation, when achieving the one-pointedness becomes the center.
In this year of meditation, if we practice, it will eliminate five hindrances:
Sensory eliminate dullness
Quan eliminate suspected
HYU eliminate golf
Lac remove foreign Trao
One Mind remove participation
Hamlet III said:
"If one lives with wisdom, meditates on the renunciation of the sensual pleasures and evil of the unhappiness, he will attain the first stage of meditation accompanied by the five meditacies, namely, senses, states of mind, joy, pleasurable and one-pointedness. This type of appearance and remove the five hindrances are greed, anger, dread, pity and suspicion.
However, for this method of recovery, it is very difficult to do, requires effort, determined to eradicate the root of the five, because it has stored, penetrate us from the "deep rooted Therefore, we always seek and love the beauty, the good, the sweet, the sweet and the insulting, and away from the colors, bar, incense, taste, contradiction. The stronger the greed, the more nurtured it is. This is the motivation for reincarnation in this life. When the five ceiling changes, the grief begins to sorrow sadness, discomfort. Even when humans are holding five beautiful beauties, the fear of the five ceiling is enough to cause pain, the human heart. Even when the craving present is waiting to receive 5 beautiful ceiling, also cause the oscillation, anxiety, anxiety ... This is the meaning of suffering.
Being entangled in craving, people are hard to get rid of sex, because people always think about themselves, how to be beautiful, rich, high status ..., from which they defy Trample on the people, trample on the welfare of others, and live is to win for money, status ... are above all, they think that living honestly too stupid. With this concept, they are convinced that it is true, but in fact, it is just an erroneous thinking due to the conjugal cognition. If one touches their ego, they will surely be tempted by the tempest, the rebellion, jealousy, jealousy, jealousy. So, it is greed, wrong view, Neglect, repentance ... of the evil mind is the motive of the oppression and injustice that disrupts society.
Therefore, the Buddha has given methods to address the causes of such insecurity. It is a positive, practical and intellectual method. That approach is the way  the Middle Way  or the Eightfold Path, which I will mention below.

The Inheritance (I-80) has a long line of human happiness that can be enjoyed in a moment:
Through the senses, the person is attracted to the world, then satisfied in it, and clinging to it for pleasure, which is undeniably obvious because it is a living experience. The plane that we delight in is both unstable, it must change, beings and the world that they experience both are constantly changing, arise and disappear. In a circle, there is no escape from the altered state of impermanence, and the state of capital is unmoved by the temporary nature of the plankton, not really worth being happy. But it only exists momentarily, then disappears like snow drops, and give way to unsatisfactoriness, no real resting state. In the universe, despite the tired man, Desire to wish how much rest can rest but rest assured can not find out. Happiness is real, but it is just a state of illusion. The eyes just disappear. The object of desire is not there any longer, when I reach for my hand or hold it in my hand, it hurls away. "-
The solution to the problem of suffering, conflict and unsatisfactoriness in life is the  Noble Eightfold Paths of  the Buddhas, the Enlightened One of all time. This is the path of Buddhism. This is the only way, no other path to enlightenment and liberation. So   what is the Noble Eightfold Path ? Hamlet A Ham III clearly states:
"Monks - I will now talk about the eight virtues." What is 8? That is right view, right thinking, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration. - (No. 763 - page 76)
The Noble Eightfold Path  is also called the  Noble Eightfold Path , because it not only helps human beings to live righteously, morally but more than that, this way also elevates human beings to the higher spiritual realms of the deity. Holy - liberation, enlightenment, results Nirvana, happy, quiet. So it is possible to assert that the  Path  is the inward direction of self-consciousness that goes from impurity to purity, from ordinary people to the saint.
Right View
It is the correct understanding of the knowledge of the Four Noble Truths. In other words, right understanding is the true understanding of one's self. The Rochitassa Sutra teaches that all cosmic truths lie fully in one body.According to Buddhism, Right Understanding is an essential element that is indispensable to achieving the end goal.
A Jataka III The Buddha taught:
That is to say, there is alms, there is morality, good deeds, there are evil actions, good results are evil, there is life, there is another life, parents, There are beings, there are Arhat, smart, smart, self-aware, full, evidence ... "
The next one also mentions right understanding with two things:
"There is the right view of the secular, clinging, towards the good.
There is the Right view of the world class, the non-clinging non-clinging, right feet, the end of suffering, leading to liberation.
What is right view, pirate, clinging to the direction of good? That is if the other person has alms, has sermon, is good ... to see the world is Arhat is not life after life.
What is the Right view of the world level of impermanence, non-attachment, true loss of suffering, lead to liberation? Meaning that the saintly disciple thinking about suffering, practicing, cessation, directing, thinking about the invisible, in accordance with the law has selected, discriminated, thinking, understanding,
Chanh Chi  (Right Thought)
Right Understanding. By right understanding, there are righteous thoughts that are not contrary to righteousness, good for oneself and for others. Righteous thoughts are only thoughts of rejection or liberation, the idea of selfless love, and non-violence, spreading to all creatures.
"What is Chánh Chí?" Means the meaning of the cup, the inferior, about misfortune.
Chai Chi has two things:
-  There is a secular politician, clinging, toward good healing. That is, the right direction (or thinking) about liberation, thinking about the yard, thinking about harm.
-  There are types of divine world-governing director, impermanence, unrighteousness, righteousness, and liberation. That is, the saint student thinks about suffering, training, extermination, directing, thinking about non-condemnation, corresponding dharma, discernment, self-determination, clear comprehension, measurement. "-
Right Speech
True speech, that is not to lie, do not say piercing cause this person to anger the other, do not speak vulgar and do not speak nonsense. When it comes to not saying these wrong and harmful forms, of course, one has to tell the truth, to use words that are friendly, tolerant, gentle and courteous, meaningful and beneficial. People should not talk indiscriminately, words should be timely and in the right place. If you can not say what benefits, it is better to remain silent is noble.
Right Speech has two things:
There is a secular, a smuggled, a possessed, headed for the realm. That is the right word, leave the lie, say double-edged, say cruel and say weaving
There is something of the world class, the unruly, the unruly, the right, the clean, suffering, leading to Nirvana. That is, the disciple of the noble mind thinking about suffering, practice, kill, leave the evil network, leaving 4 evil of the mouth, the other activities of the mouth, unpunished, detached, not attached, hold, hold No offense, the weather, not over the limit.
Right Action
Acting righteous, can create good karma. Righteousness is to generate virtuous, respectful and gracious actions. It advises us to abolish the killing of life, theft, unfair business, sexual misconduct, and counsel that we should also help others live a dignified and dignified life in the path of righteousness.
Righteousness also has two things:
- There is the main business is secular ... That is the killing, stealing, adultery.
It is the thought of suffering, practice, extermination, exorcism, the disappearance of evil and the deceitfulness of the body and other deeds of the body, the invisible, the mind without the attachment. , Do not grasp, keep it, do not break the weather, do not cross the limit.
Right Livelihood
Birth live righteously. Keep your body clean. Righteousness means that one should give up the birth in a profession that damages others, such as selling weapons, drinking beverages, poisoning, killing animals, cheating and so on. Live by respectable, innocent and not guilty for people, things. It is clear here that Buddhism strongly opposed any kind of war, when it was enacted that the trade in weapons was a means of living vicariously and unjustly.
Righteousness has two things:
There is a secular political world ... It is true as the legal requirements for food, drugs, drugs, not not as legal.
- There is the mainstream of the worldly mission ... It is the disciple of the saint thought about suffering, practice, kill, direct, for the evil network, do not cling, No weather error, do not exceed the limit  .
Right Effort  (Chief Vehicle)
Try to control the body language and mindfulness of strong will.
- To prevent bad things have not arisen.
- To give up the evil that has arisen.
- To generate good things have not arisen.
- Growth conditions have arisen.
Right Effort has two things:
That is diligence, desire, effort, super-output, perseverance, practice, diligence, permanent creation, legal psychic, do not stop.
- There is something diligently belongs to the world. Means that the students of the saint thought about suffering, training, kill, direct, mindless, memorized, strong need, super-output, found, dormant, diligent, durable, psychic photography Life, not stop  .
Mindfulness
Attentive attention, continuous mindfulness of mind, body, mind, mind, attention to:
Body Activities
Feelings or Feelings
Mind Actions
Ideas, Thoughts, Thoughts and Things.
"Mindfulness according to A Jhana is also two things:
- There is mindfulness of the secular ... That is the concept of recitation, memory, memory, not forgotten.
There are mindfulness of the level of holy world ... That is the saintly disciples, thinking about suffering, practice, kill, direct, corresponding thinking, non-contemplation, custom thoughts, memories, memories, no Forgotten "  .
Right Concentration
Focus on one point. This is necessary, so that the insight mind can receive the reality of all things.
Righteousness has two things:
That is the right mind of the secular ... That is, the mind is not disturbed, the life stops, the single mind
- There is the type of the center of the world's teaching ... That is thinking about suffering, practice, kill, direct, thinking invisible, corresponding psychic, the head not scattered, life, stopping, most Mind three black. "
As we can see, most of the Buddha's teachings throughout the 49 years mentioned in this way or in other ways, we should not think that the eight branches of this path must be followed and practiced. After another, in the order above. They have to be developed almost simultaneously with each other and each industry contributes to the formation of other industries. As the direction of liberation we must attain the right concentration can be separated from the enlightenment of truth.
Want to do this right understanding right mindfulness. So the seven are the root, the support of the right concentration.
These seven parts of the economy, then called the mind of the mind of the holy sage is enough.
All feminists are based on the basis of knowledge ... the true knowledge is right understanding. Right understanding can arise right concentration. Right understanding is the wisdom, the spiritual guidance, as the traveler must have eyes, the sea must have a compass. Thus, "the Five Foundations of Faith, Progress, Mindfulness, Concentration, and Insight are the leading virtues because they are transcendent. Righteous monks rise, then hundred thousand lives, never fall into the beast .
Get the right view, the mindfulness as a support, but progress, such as the right understanding, the one in the right view, effort in right view, from the right understanding right opinion ( Right thinking). Thus the right speech, the right career, the same network, the right view, primary effort, mindfulness to support coast.
If the Right View of Cause and Effect, on the continuity of birth and liberation, is only worldly righteousness, it can " help turn the good way " without being able to appear. As the true knowledge of the Four Noble Truths is "He is in good fortune, he is in jail, he goes into extermination, but towards discharge" (A A Jasmine - Business 763) rescue. Under the right understanding of Buddhism, then the new direction. This is to transform the right view into one's ideal and to launch thoughtful thinking, to decide to do it, to make the three karmas of their own accord, corresponding to the right view. Therefore, at the same time as the chief, there is a discipline that demonstrates the practice of self. That is "right career, right speech, right livelihood." Dhamma practice is the source of wisdom, only knowledge of reason, " Right effort is the neglect of good direction, consistent all branches. Due to the pursuit of truth, self-centered in settling so the true truth as new y in that appearance.Mindfulness, right concentration means the stage of insight. By virtue of wisdom, there arises no more illiquidity in order to attain liberation.
The practice of the Noble Eightfold Path, ie, the advancement of the Precepts. It is also the process of the back of the three intellectual, private, tu. That is the right path of liberation to us. " If there is no bowl of right path in the Dharma there is no first, second, third, fourth, or fourth syllables. So there are first, second, third, fourth fruits. "
This is a clear statement, although Tathagata refers to many virtues, but not all of the eight. The totality of the Buddhist teachings are said to be three superhumans "(A Hammer - vol. 20). It is to rely on the world, rely on the wisdom, wisdom, rely on the wisdom that is liberated. The right path is the right view, because right view is not only the ultimate goal but also the basis of all things that begin to spread.
(Iv) The middle path is the practice of the Three Forms of Wisdom: Morality - Concentration - Wisdom
Gender - Concentration - Wisdom are 3 subjects, 3 methods are not damaged, not pollution. Or, in other words, the three methods of eradicating negativity, making the three practitioners of the cultivator purified and liberated.
* Gender:  are the things the Buddha was designed to prevent bad things evil. It is also known as La La Xa Xoa Xoa, liberation or peace of the country, bar food.
As we know, in the early days, the disciples of the Buddha have deep vigilance and remorse for the life of human beings, pure and sincere motives, no precepts, can still cultivate The enlightened. When the prevailing Buddhist teachings were prevalent, those who were less than righteous have become more prominent. Therefore, the new Buddha instituted the Vinaya. But in the eyes of outsiders seem to be more precepts, the quality of the increase is lower. (The business of Ca La-Chinese Center) said like this: "Because of what coast Mon humble Cu Mon ancient law but many monks are still enlightened because of many conditions that Sa Mon Cu Dat days Now, how many monks are ordained that the monks are less enlightened? "
In terms of meaning, the Buddha precepts to govern the sangha, making the religious gradually closed in the precepts. Therefore, the Buddha said:  "Our law must be gradual, gradual learning, step by step gradually teaching ... to prohibit the world for monks, monks, nuns, her superiority  .
Even those who come out of the right mind, at some time also triggers the affliction, can not restraint themselves that the world. This is a great obstacle to the practice of Buddhism. This is very limited by the precepts.
The broader meaning of the Gnosis encompasses all righteous deeds but, in the narrow sense, is limited to two parts: stopping evil and doing good. Particularly, the 10 basic precepts for both the lay and the monastic life are related to the three karmic practices (kusala, speech and mind) and are for the good ones: not killing, not stealing, not guilty, not lying Do not say double tongue, do not say piercing, do not say evil raw, no greed, no greed, no si.As the Buddha said to the La La Lao Ni Di in La Lao Sutra of Central China,
Self is the end of the evil, and the concept of good faith, then happy, happy birth then born, happy birth, then only the body itself, then the body itself is lost, the body is lost then. One heart and one word is enough ... no end, no resentment, no anger, no competition.
Cause, the Buddha mentioned 3 karmic (body, speech, mind) because it is the main man made good evil in 6, four types.
The Buddha told the head of Dao Thi village: "If there is abdominal birth, should be self-repricing, self-blame is not right, not. Without abdominal killing, not angry, not happy, Such a compassion that is against the theft, with the heart that treats adultery with sexual misconduct, the center of the commune that treats expectations. " Thus, here one can take four immeasurable minds which treat each gender separately. This is not just individual aspects, but they are related to each other, including full of emotional compassion. Fond of the five precepts, eight precepts, good karmic merits that come to the four immeasurable. This is the most common doctrine of the Ahamas.
Here, the monk is not killing, A Hammer (Book 37, Kinh 1044), the Buddha said to the head village Vinaya: "If someone wants to kill me, I must not be happy. If you look at yourself like that, then take it without killing and do not like being killed. " Similar to the theft, adultery, ambiguity ... too.
So we see that the Buddha enacted the precepts, not the negative injunctions, but clearly defined the will to be determined to work - a perfect path of good faith, in order to create good and good deeds. Good for mankind
* Concentration: Suffice it to  say that meditation, also known as concentration, or concentration on a subject, does not allow the mind to run according to the specialization is called meditation.
Meditation is the second method for the practitioner to enter the wisdom school, to be fully liberated. Therefore, the Patriarchs often say: "The most reprehensible mind, the irreversible things" (sending the mind in one place, the job can be done). Today the spirit of meditation must be more positive, because while the world is reeling in the work: rice, clothing, rice, money ... and other anxiety in every minute, every Second, in other words, humans are racing against time to survive. If people do not balance the spirit, people will be stuck in life because of worries, busy. So meditation in some way helps people to maintain the peace in the psychological life, and at the same time if one step forward, human beings will uplift and salvation, will come to liberation, Nirvana.
Meditation in Buddhism is divided into many categories, in which the hierarchy is considered the most important depending on the practice of high and low are different. Often in the sutras attach importance to the meditation method, because this is the most important meditation method of Buddhism, because the Buddha became his virtue through the Four Meditation that even at the moment of entering Nirvana, this type of immediacy.
As in the Sutra, it is meant to be focused on a single object, so that the mind is not distracted by the illusion. After preserving precepts as a prerequisite for initiation, meditation attainment must:
"Lived alone, far away, in the deep forest, under a tree, quiet place, young flank, rocky, empty, bush, or in the forest, or in the middle of the grove, after The forest is empty ... to sit in the lotus. -
The teachings of the Buddha show that he is very interested in the practice of the monks, because the method of meditation is the body, the mind makes the spirit of concentration to achieve peace. The habit of human being is "heartbreaker code " do not stay in one place, because 5 sex appeal, it is a obstacle on the path.
Therefore, sex is a hidden abyss of negativity, unless it is clever to get rid of it, it is difficult to cultivate to the end.Determine all the right to get married hope. Therefore, when beginning to practice meditation, first of all, "todispel the five desires " must be aware of the great harms of rúpa, bar, incense, taste and exposure to get rid of it.So we must boldly say: "Well, I understand your nature, the will is due to thoughts arise, if I do not think of you, will not give birth to you."
"It is not the world, to do so is called sex. The mind-chasing chant is called lust."
The dhamma of the Dharma is valued in the subduing of inner defilements, not the rejection of all the worlds. If not only know how to hold fast, leave the five, it will be cleverly sealed like infidels Ba La Xa Na only. (A Ham, Book 11 - Kinh 282).
Knowledge:  Here is enough to say that wisdom. Tri is the ability to perceive, to distinguish the reason. Wisdom is the illumination of mind, the wisdom and clarity that makes it easy to recognize the true nature of things.
Thus, mindlessness is the wisdom not blocked by ignorance, not stumbling down the afflictions in the world, bringing people to anyone to quickly achieve holy fruit.
Here, the realization of the wisdom of the invisible, must take 3 intellectual property is illegal: literature, private, tu as a means. If you do not listen to (thinking) can not bring to the wisdom, that is, not acquired wisdom. It was said that the four members of the audience were: "close-hearted son, hear the dharma, inside thinking, dhamma, French direction". This is thanks to the master that arise three intellectual property, tu, to be able to prove the truth. It is also the natural course of spiritual practice, can not be exceeded. But the order of monasticism that can arise in the three paths can arise badly, so the Buddha speaks of the four to be the standard for study.
  • Yogic medicine does not rely on people.
  • Y meaningless language (refuge speechless)
  • Willingness means willow (meaning in the sense of truth, ultimately, not in the sense of means)
  • Illness (based on wisdom, not on consciousness)
  • Body-friendly knowledge is intended to hear the dharma. But knowledge is not necessarily good, for noble qualities can not guarantee the credibility of teaching. Good knowledge should be close, but not qualified standards of the Buddha. Therefore, there is only " Yom Kippur ". When following the monk, this is the only reliable criterion, we should study Buddhism, should not be bound to the sect, so that his teaching limited, so bad teachers to harm, to actively promote The spirit of " medical unknowing people " distinguishes clearly that the Buddha's teachings, the Buddha's sutras, as the root, take the theory of the study of reference. There is a new wisdom can arise accurate, correct.
  • Follow the teacher to hear the French language, the words in the new can understand the meaning. But if the argument is dubious, the verse that literally harms is wrong. Therefore, it must be "negative meaning ". Sutra says: "Hear words about identity and identity that boring education, reach the cessation of static, that is called multi-literary" (A Ham Journey - vol. 1 - Kinh 26). The verse here can not be a leitmotif, but it is not a verse in words that harm. If not, then even though many listen, remember good, for the Dharma is still a fool, listening much without knowing anything.
  • If you do not discriminate, view the media theory as the basis of thinking is difficult to avoid turning up the left. So says: " Willingness to mean willow meaning ". So that brings new wisdom deep, accurate. If all is considered meaningful, all the teachings are full, it will cause chaos chaos chaos.
  • The fourth principle is directed to insight. If you follow the hope of distinguishing grasping the form of the practice, although not a few ways are not released, can not lead to the level of the mind. So say: " Ill-health ". It must be based on the wisdom that the divisive, the non-discrimination that new can achieve attainment.
The Buddha's teachings liberated as the goal, but want to rely on the knowledge of intellectual property, tu new reach salvation.
Thus, Precepts - Wisdom are also the three elements of the Middle Way   that the Buddha discovered himself, or, in other words, the third is the three aspects of the entity of liberation. Therefore, to live in the middle way is to step by step hold true happiness and enter the gates of joy and happiness.
When it comes to the Three Teachings as an entity of liberation, in the precepts there are concentration and wisdom, in which there are precepts, wisdom: in wisdom which is precepts. The degree of sublimation of one of these three components is always related to the other two. There is insight knowledge is the right path, there is wisdom to stabilize the mind. The more we do things, the more we understand the reality. From that knowledge of the mind, stabilize the mind. When the mind is calm and the awareness of reality is clearer and more positive.
Thus, by a gradual process of progression, by a progressive practice, gradually progress, the practitioner purifies all flaws, eradicate all pollution, achieve complete liberation.
(V) The middle path is separateness
Most of the Sutras, the Buddha, teaches that "This world largely points to the two extremes as" yes and no. "All are first, not all. Second, all of them are the third of the third, all of them are many of the fourth ... Far away from the radical as Hybrid Theory of the  Middle ? The teachings of the Buddha clearly advocated disobedience, No clinging, and no clinging does not mean negative passive, dry hard but not clinging is to fully promote the spirit of self at no risk attached to the general, not clinging This means going to the Middle Way, which means "not seeing a good law is good without sin ... know that then for all The defenses will not have the authority,
Thus, the middle path is the twofold separation, the twofold or not accept or accept, or the other or the other, one or two, fall and fall ... all these concepts are subject to paragraph Except by virtue, by the wisdom of the saint.Saying that means all due to the conditions of life, life is just a stream of fluctuating activity, continuous harmony extremely. They are interdependent, mutually infinite,
This one is the other There is
this birth, the other birth
This is not the other
This one kill the other kill
A Journey 1 - Kinh 297 also said: "This one should have the other, this is the start of the other, as the ignorance of grace, have a sedentary charm to have charm, Suffering, brain, such as pure cultivation practice.
On the surface, dharmas including man, are merely a combination and sabotage of the five aggregates. In the face of time, the dharmas are only birthing, continually flowing. Because of the constant birth, the dharma can not be "permanent " entities , because of the continuous flow, so life never " disappears ." Therefore, the Buddhist doctrine never accepts an eternal self and never accepts " complete perdition ." Not eliminated, not yet, all activities of gender phenomena is a constantly changing ocean. Not eliminated, it is not just that it has entered the path of true Middle Way awareness. So say no wrong, say yes or no, Say the same mistake, say two are also wrong. Therefore, the only way to understand the Middle Way is not wrong, wrong. A Journey - Sutra 297 The Buddha also emphasized:
Saying the other body, the other network also can not say the body is not the right one, because it is not there, not homogeneous to ignorance, action, consciousness, identity, identity, contact, Do not determine whether there is, nor is determined not, is not determined as true, true, true, true kill, because when sufficient grace is, not enough There is no grace, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. The birth, the middle line, the Bodhi, the Buddha.
However, all births kill the dynamics of the gender phenomenon we are aware of. In terms of physicality, they depend on our perceptions. If leaving the perception, leaving all ideas, all perceptions, then all the dynamics of the appearance can not exist. Thus, reality is full of volatility that we are conscious. Or, in other words, we have seen things that have been born, gone, have, have, have, have, have, come, clean, have lost etc .. is by consciousness we. The reality is reality, escapism and beyond all ideas, there is no, birth and destruction ... that our consciousness has put on it. The Mahayana Commentary says: "All things phenomena that have never been associated with conceptual language have nothing to do with the mind of discrimination, Concept or mind distinguishes and separates from self. Freedom of equality, no high and low, lost, lost, birth and death ... "
Thus, equality of reality, which is innocent, transcends all concepts of language. But the reality becomes different because of the "ignorance" of consciousness. We are always looking at the reality of the inanimate nature of reality, but on the contrary we view reality with twofold ideas. Saying good-bye is bad, even if it's big, it's very small, because finite is finite, when we have other people, it's clean when we have dirty, Always live within the boundaries of these two concepts, and it is these ideas that paint the dots of reality, distort reality, distort reality, bring about the reality of totality. In our dual concept.
So the reality is neither there nor not, not neither kill nor birth, not usually nor fragment, neither one nor another, neither come nor go ... Birth, death, loss, come, naked, clean dirty ... is the world of phenomena dependent on conditions, ie conditions. One phenomenon that arises is that due to the convergence conditions, an annihilation phenomenon is due to the dissipation conditions. Birth, death, loss ... is the world of distinction. The self of reality is the basis of the body, not the phenomenon of foam, how can be born, lost, come, clean and dirty.
"Tanh Tanh often non
From such a view of reality, we see that phenomena and essences are only one, nirvanas and births are not one, no different; That means that when human beings still carry with them dualistic notions, the truth will still turn hundreds of thousands of images. On the contrary, when we break away from the binding of the dualistic notion, the truth will return to its essence, freeing all dualistic dualistic ideas, that is, going to the Middle Way, The path to the depths of the feet as. As Zen Master Tu Dao Hanh said:

Vi is not necessarily organic Vi does not necessarily
be like the moon
Previous object not zero "
Translate:
"There is no self,
no, then this whole world is not
like the lunar sovereignty of the river
so you know what it is not."
B.III - The Importance of Lying in the Life of the Sangha as the Exodus
The above details the meanings of the Middle Way through the Agama. We have seen the power of the Middle Way is a very natural, natural thing for those who want to reduce and eliminate the obstacles, the suffering in life.It is this way that helps the practitioner to stay away from the two extremes of nourishment and asceticism. "This is the middle way that the Omniscient has discovered and taught, leading to peace, to clear vision, to enlightenment, to nirvana." (Falun Dafa)
So, we can assert that this unique Middle Way is the basic doctrine that leads man to noble and peaceful life.
The middle path is not an abstract path or a ritual path. This path is neither dogmatic nor skeptical, does not make me confuse, nor make me self-carcass. It is not eternal and not nihilism, it is not the law of the powerful spirits or the imagination of mankind. It is the path of enlightenment, a way to be free from suffering due to unsatisfactoriness. This road eliminates the idea that people today suffer from the sin created before. Every creature, including the life of a plant, suffers. Each person carries with him the good and the bad. Man is responsible for his suffering or happiness.
Meditators will find true peace and happiness. Humans can live a respectable life and do not need to be enslaved to any belief. Thus, they are peaceful and happy, living in harmony with others and with their surroundings.
The middle path satisfies most of humanity's deepest aspirations. It is true that it can help us to endure daily hardship and stress, in addition to the purpose of life. That road does not scare people, do good and bad and bad.Every action has its reaction, which is the law of nature. The Middle Way is in full accord with these laws because  "what is the reap? " Man causes sinful actions due to greed, anger, ignorance ... These weaknesses can be overcome by consciousness itself. Luck or risk that people encounter in this life is not due to external influences but to good or bad actions, because of the words and deeds they themselves have violated before. For reasons on the Buddha taught: " Nor is there any Almighty who can blaspheme us against us. Therefore, each person must have a clear responsibility and sense of karma. We are the " master of karma, the inheritance of karma, suffering or happiness, by our own creation ." As the Dhammapada 165 asserted: Nor is there any Almighty who can blaspheme us against us. Therefore, each person must have a clear responsibility and sense of karma. We are the " master of karma, the inheritance of karma, suffering or happiness, by our own creation ." As the Dhammapada 165 asserted:
We ourselves cause bad karma
We are infected with delusions We
ourselves do good work
Net self-purity
Mindfulness by us
You should not be mistaken
It was when he realized his role in the process of training, the new Buddha born of beliefs do not rot and determined to practice the teachings of the Buddha. For the sole purpose is to wash all the sins in the mind and do only good, towards the end of suffering, bring happiness to yourself and to everyone right now in this life. It is important for us to be aware that the practice of the Middle Way is essential and indispensable as the piece of rice and the air that we use every day. Yes, the new practitioner is really " living with " rather than " talking about ."Only by cultivating the mind after a long time, our spirit is truly pure, happy and peaceful.
This is the Buddha's expectation when he exerts the Dharma to bring about a moral and just order for society.Want to meet the aspiration of happiness without moral presence, suffering still exists forever. As Western genius composer Mozart once said, "The desire for happiness is innate to man, so it must be the basis of morality ."Therefore, the practice of the Middle Way is also aimed at building a lay Buddhist and embarking on a virtuous life, the culmination of which is liberation and enlightenment.
If anyone is going this way
Suffering is the end
I teach the path
With triads kill
Self-healing "-
 (Dumb - 276)
Obviously, the Middle Way plays a very important role in the Buddhist path of the mind. The path is likely to end the suffering, the net three, won the position and the Bodhi, Nirvana.
C- Conclusion
With the characteristics of the Buddha's teaching on the Middle Way through the Agama, one can conclude that: Being born of ignorance, obsessive craving, bound in the selfishness of a narrow self Needs, so behavior and knowledge not only do not see the truth of the law, but rather obstacles it. As a stray not only do not distinguish between East and West, but also cling to East and West. In the same way, beings cling to the five aggregates, so five aggregates aggregate large suffering, do not know is impermanent, accept the suffering is also suffering. With regard to nature, society, mind and body everywhere is suffering from urgent urgent need. All activities that ignore ignorance, root cause is ingrained in the human mind, causing people to be submerged in the living dead. If you do not free the love, then you will live forever in conflict and suffering. The practice of the Middle Way means turning the life of ignorance into an orthodox life, transforming miserable life into a life of self. In order to do so, it is necessary to take the Middle Way as a motto, and to work away from ignorance, towards the guru who is motivated to attain the ultimate goal. Therefore, it can prove to us that the path of the Middle Way extends to suffering and to achieve happiness and happiness in this life, so it is absent from happiness and it is present to be liberated.
In modern times, with advanced civilization, with modernizing technologies that serve human beings with all material means, they will bring happiness to humanity. Advanced, the more people fall into crisis, day and night flooded room fear of moral and environmental degradation. Humans are only plunged into personal gain and forget a good and spiritual way of life, hot and cold wars are threatening people. It is time to take the warning about the dangers of collective destruction caused by nuclear warfare, chemicals and environmental pollution that are raging everywhere. So are people really happy or not? This is the question that scientists are seeking out. They forgot that this question was answered by Shakyamuni 2500 years ago. He teaches that man is truly happy when he has broken the heart of craving and attachment. The path out of craving and clinging is only we can take initiative and be able to do right in the present with our own intellectual insights. That is the look of " no-self " or " non- self ".
In the present and here, we all master our mind, master the ship that runs to the station of happiness and peace. It is the intellectual vision that the things that humanity expects. Because that view points to the truth of life, the happiness of man, and the light of all the secrets of life.
So far, the method of saving suffering or the Middle Way has been outlined by the Buddha. It is this method that has helped humanity build a solid intellectual foundation and this same way has helped humanity find its own person, bring peace, happiness, calm after seconds. Minutes of search, the indefinite flow of materialism. That is the salary for each practitioner. So let's use it as a costume for ourselves, let's ignite the ignorance into liberation, as the Buddha said:  "You have to light the torch yourself . END=NAM MO SHAKYAMOUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.2/7/2017.
