ASK THE FAVORITES AS THESE ARE.

Look at things as they really are
The Buddha  taught  us  to look anything  appears  before the eyes  also must recognize  that things are not  everlasting . Born, they will perish. They will be born again . They are born  again  , they will lose. But a person who  is ignorant , not instructed, does not want to see things like that. When meditating is determined,  we want to be like that, do not want to disturb anything,  interrupt . But  thinking  like that is the lack of  practice .  The Buddha  wants  us to first look at things and know that these things are false; Then we  really have  peace . When not know how,  we  become people  ownership  of them and the trap of  ego thoughts  will  appear . So  we have  to come back  from the top,  find out  how they happen.  We  must understand things as they really are, how things  affect the  mind and how the mind  reacts  ; can  we  new there was  peace . That is what  we  need to  observe . If we do  not want things to happen in their own way,  we do not have  peace . Oil  we  have  tried to  do differently, but things still happen like that; Then that is  their nature  .
Simply  put , that is the  truth .  Impermanence , suffering and  not-self  are  the essence of things. They are nothing more than that, but  we  make things more  meaningful than they really are.
It is not difficult to develop  intellectually . It means  observing  the origin and  learning the nature  of things. When the mind aglow , you  need to  realize  that: "This does not last forever. It is impermanent! "When the mind is  calm , do not begin to think," Oh, so peaceful! "Because that is not  sure .
When someone asks, "What do you like best?", Do not be too preoccupied to answer that question. If you  answered  that you really like something, what is important? Try thinking  - if you eat it every day, do you still like it so much? Maybe there will be times when you have to exclaim, "Oh, this one again!"
Do you understand that? Maybe in the  end  you will get bored of what you like. That's because things change, and this is something you  need to  know. Pleasure is not permanent .  Misfortune  is not  permanent . Love is not strong.  Pure  is not  sure.  Anxiety is  not  sure . Everything,  absolutely  not sure . So if anything happens,  we all know that, then  we  will not be  controlled by them . All things  are  uncertain , there is no exception, because  impermanence  is  their nature  .  Impermanence  means that things are not fixed or  permanent , and in a  simple way , this  truth  is the  Dharma .
Anica,  impermanence , is  the truth .  Truth  is present for  us  to recognize it, but  we often do not look closely, see it clearly.  Buddha  said: "Those who think that the French see Me." If  we  recognize  impermanence ,  nature  is not  sure , of all things, the mental  boredom ,  detachment  will arise: "Oh, it also only can! Oh, I see! It really is not that important, just the same! "Mind became very  sure  about it:" It only has so much! "After  realizing  that, We do  not  need to  do anything too difficult in  our elaborate meditation  . Whatever  we  face, the mind will say, "Only that!" And the mind stops.  End the  story.  We  will  realize  that all  phenomena  are false; Nothing  is certain  or  permanent , but rather all things are constantly changing and  possessing the characteristics  of  impermanence , suffering and  non-self . It's like an iron ball that has been red-hot in the fire. Which part of the iron ball is not hot? Try to touch it, if you want. Touching it, it's hot. Touching the bottom, also hot. Touching both sides, also hot.Why is it hot? Because the whole red ball is red hot everywhere. Understand that, we will not touch it. When your mind starts to think, "This is good! I love it! May I have it! ", Do not give those  thoughts  any credibility  ; Do not consider them important. It's a hot ball. If you touch a part of the ball, if you try to hold it up, you will suffer a lot of pain , your skin will blister, bleed. Do not give those thoughts any credibility ; Do not consider them important. It's a hot ball. If you touch a part of the ball, if you try to hold it up, you will suffer a lot of pain , your skin will blister, bleed. Do not give those thoughts any credibility ; Do not consider them important. It's a hot ball. If you touch a part of the ball, if you try to hold it up, you will suffer a lot  of pain , your skin will blister, bleed.
We  need to  always  contemplate  on this: go, stand, lie, sit. Even if  we  are in the toilet, or are going  somewhere , when  we   are eating or are excreted in food waste, we  must  realize  that all that we experience is not.  certainly , are  impermanent  , but also the suffering and  selflessness . Things are not fixed, impermanence  is not  sure and  not true . All that is, there are no exceptions - just like the hot ball - somewhere where we touch without being burned.
This is not a difficult thing without practice.  For example,  parents  often teach their children not to play with fire: "Do not  go near  fire! Very dangerous! I will get burned! "The child  may not  believe or understand what  his parents  want to say. But if you touch the fire just  once  and get burned, then your  parents  no longer  need to  explain or  try to  control  you anymore.
It does not matter how much the mind is drawn to, what  is dominated  by it, you  need to  always remind it. " That does not last! That is not strong! "   For example , you have a glass, and think it is beautiful. "How beautiful this glass! I have to keep it off, do not let it break . "Then you have to remind yourself," It's not strong . "You can use it to drink water, to set it down, then  hand  it to break it. .
Although the cup does not break today, tomorrow, it will also break. If it does not break tomorrow, then the next day. You should not put  your trust  in broken objects.
Impermanence  is  Fa-rectification . Things are  unstable  or real. Nothing about them is true, the only   truth  is the truth. Do you  agree  ?  The surest  thing is: to be born, you have to be old, have to get sick and die.  The fact  that is sure ,  constant , and  true constant  that  is based on the  truth  of  impermanence .  Observe  things with the eyes exhaustive of 'not  permanent , not  sure , "a  transformation  will occur a  constant ,
The're  disciples  of  the Buddha  was  awakened  by  the truth  of  impermanence .From the  awakening  , they become  boring ,  letting go  of things, or nibbida. This boredom  is not due to  contradiction ,  dissatisfaction . If there is  discontent , it really is not  boring , can not lead to  the path  . Nibbida not like the  boring under  the earth commonplace.  For example , living in  a family , While not concord  with each other , we  can start to think I'm becoming boring  things like dharma  taught. However  not so;It is only because of our defilements , defilements are growing, our hearts hurt . " 'm bored -  I'll shake it all! "It is the boredom  of defilements , defilements created. When the negativity , frustration  for those things happen not as we'd become too hard  to endure  ours. we can start to think I'm becoming boring things like dharma taught. However not so; It is only because of our defilements , defilements are growing, our hearts hurt . " 'm bored - I'll shake it all! "It is the boredom of defilements , defilements created. When the negativity , frustration for those things happen not as we'd becometoo hard to endure ours. we can start to think I'm becoming  boring things like  dharmataught.  However not so; It is only because of our  defilements , defilements are growing, our hearts hurt . " 'm bored - I'll shake it all! "It is the boredom of defilements , defilements created. When the negativity , frustration for those things happen not as we'd become too hard to endure ours. It is only because of our defilements , defilements are growing, our hearts hurt . " 'm bored - I'll shake it all! "It is the boredom ofdefilements , defilements created. When the negativity , frustration for those things happen not as we'd become too hard to endure ours. It is only because of our defilements , defilements are growing, our hearts  hurt . " I  'm bored - I'll shake it all! "It is the  boredom of  defilements , defilements created. When the  negativity ,  frustrationfor those things happen not as we'd become  too hard to endure ours.
Like the way we  think  about metta,  metta . I think we must have  mettå  for all  beings. So I say to myself, " I do not have  anger  towards anyone. I must have  compassion .Indeed, all  beings  are pitiful. "Then you start  loving  them all, and end up being involved. Be  careful  about that! That's not the kind of  love  we often talk about. That is not  compassion  compassion of  the Dharma . It is the mind  mixed  with  selfishness.  We  demand,  expect  a response, which call it  compassion . The "boring" usual  we also like , "Oh, I'm so  tired of  all, I want to escape from this place!". It is just a severe infection. It's not  boring  or lethargic; Just use the same name to call them. That is not the path  of  the Buddha . Rather, the  boring  no  contradictions ,  conflicts , without malice  to anyone.
That means that your mind is at that moment. It no longer  clings to  anything. That does not mean that  the world  is no longer human, there is nothing, nothing. There are still people, there are things, there are rises. But our minds see them with  the awareness that they are not strong.  All things  are  received  as they are,  according to  the naturalflow   of  birth .
For example , you could have a vase. You can see that it's beautiful, but by itself, it only comes  naturally . It has nothing to say; Only you are someone who has feelings for it, who will live or die for it. If you like or dislike it, it is not  affected . That is your problem. It's  like , but you're the one who likes or dislikes, and then  clings to  them.  We compare  bad things about this one thing. The "good" mind  stirred . "Bad" also  stirred the  mind. Both are contaminated.
We do  not  need to  run anywhere; we  just need to  meditate ,  contemplate  this. That's how the mind  works . When  we do  not like anything, the object of unwillingness is  not  affected  ; It's still just it. When we  prefer  anything, it will not be affected  by the  fancy  that, but still it. All we do is  we  ourselves.
You think something good, something else is bigger, but that's just your own  thinking  .If you have  mindfulness , you will   be aware that all  things  are  equal .
An  easy example   is with food.  We  often  feel  that this kind of food or other kind of food is delicious. When we  see these plates on the table, they look very  attractive ; But once everything is in the stomach, that's another story.  We  look at food plates and say, "This is for me. The other is for you. That's hers. "But after  we  had eaten, and excreted, there was probably no one  fighting for  that and saying," This is mine. That's mine. "Is that true? Do you still want  to own  or take them?
That is to say in a  nutshell  and  simple . If you have seen  so clearly  with  consistent mind , all  things  are  equal . When  we  also  desires  and  thoughts  in a way "mine" and "yours," then  we  will go to  conflict . When we  look at  everything equally,  we do not see who they belong to - they are just conditions that  exist  as they are.
When  we  realize  that  things  are a dharma, they all have the same  nature ,  we  will no longer  cling to , they will drop  them.  We  see them empty and  we do  not love or hate them; We are  pure . It is  said  that, "Nirvana is the  ultimate happiness ; Nirvana is the  Supreme . "
Listen carefully to what nayY   happiness  in  this world  is not the  ultimate happiness , absolutely . What  we regard as emptiness, is not the  ultimate emptiness . If it is the ultimate emptiness , it will  end all  desires  and  cling . If it is the  ultimate happiness  , then there will be  peace . But the  peace  we are aware of is still not  supreme . The happiness  we  know is not  the ultimate . When we  reach Nirvana , then emptiness is the ultimate .  Happiness  is paramount . There has been transformation . The personality  of happiness  is transformed  into peace . There is happiness  but we do not give  it a special meaning  . There is suffering. But when these things happen, we treat them equally. Their value is  the same. Happiness is paramount . There has beentransformation . The personality of happiness is transformed into peace . There is happiness but we do not give it a special meaning . There is suffering. But when these things happen, we treat them equally. Their value is the same. Happiness is  paramount. There has been  transformation .  The personality of happiness is  transformed into peace . There  is happiness but we do not give it a special meaning . There is suffering. But when these things happen, we treat them equally. Their value is the same. There is happiness but we do not give it a special meaning . There is suffering. But when these things happen, we treat them equally. Their value is the same. There is happiness but we do not  give it a  special meaning . There is suffering. But when these things happen, we treat them equally.  Their value is the same.
Love or hate feelings are the same. But when they  arise  within us, we do not consider them to be the same. If anything  pleasant , I'm really  happy  with it. If you are upset, we want to  escape  it. So for  us , they are not the same, but  the truth  is they are really the same.  We have  to practice like this: they are the same because they are not strong and  impermanent .
Like  the example  of food.  We  think this kind of food is good, the other kind of good, bad type. But when  we eat, then excrete, they are the same. At that time you did not hear anyone  complain  that, "Why me so little!" At that time, our hearts are not attractedby them  .
If we do not truly  experience the  truth  of  impermanence , suffering and  non-self , then suffering can not be  stopped  . If there is  mindfulness , we can  experience the truth  in every moment.  They  exist in the body and mind, and we can  recognize them. That's when we can find  peace . END=NAM MO CAKYA MOUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES  ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.3/6/2017.
