DISABLED IS A KIND OF INTELLIGENCE.


 
We often say we want to "let go", but eventually "let go" what we have understood? In life, if you can drop the following types of mind, you will definitely be calm and happy!
1. Drop arguments
There are many who are not aware that they have committed the wrong, but always hope to be forever true. Actually did not know that, this is very dangerous in relationships with other people. It also gives us and others the pressure and great suffering. So when you want to bury your head in to argue right and wrong, ask yourself if this is really good? Does it really benefit dogs both themselves and others?
2. Let go of control
Let go of control over your neighbor! Whether they are lover, colleague, relatives or just a acquaintance. At the same time let go of desire to control situations and things, let them be natural with their state. So, you can feel the good from them!
3. Let go of blame
Do not blame others, nor rely on your feelings to blame others. If you just blame others, you can hurt them!
4. Drop the mind of compassion and sorrow
Many people are suffering because they always think of bad things, bad things happen. If something is not right or you have done something wrong, be aware of it, then look forward to the next step. If you just sit there and regret it, you will just fall into that torment!


5. Drop your limit
What can I do, what can not I do? Let go of this thought, because it will put you in a restricted area. Expand your way of thinking, maybe you'll fly higher than you imagined!
6. Leave complacency
Sad is the choice of yourself, do not complain to others! Before complaining to others, why do not you think about changing yourself? Changing your perception can make the situation change, think positively!
7. Drop of criticism
Actually each of us is different, do not criticize others because it is different but everyone wants to be happy, hoping to be loved and understood.
8. Drop the mind of neglect
Do not say or do just to please others! Only when you are truly alive can you really be attractive to others.
9. Let go of arbitrary judgment
Do not define yourself for people and things that you can not solve. There are things outside at first glance is not beautiful but good things inside that can completely change your spiritual it!
10. Let go of the excuse
Most of us are self-limiting, as an excuse not to try. Be aware that 99% of the excuse we think of is false!
11. Let go of the past
Know that this is very difficult, but you must understand that what is in reality is what you have. Do not mesmerize yourself, life is a journey forward rather than an end.
12. Let go of attachment, accept most
The bottom line is that human attachment to something and the fear of losing it. Dropping the most attachment is the indifference, let go of all. Dropping the most accepted human will become extremely calm.This is a transcendent state of language.
