13. MEANS OF MEANS [1]

T O heard something like this:
Buddha in a time-saving water-sa sentence, abode Kiep-ma-sa [2] , along with us great monks a thousand two hundred and fifty.

' Please answer: 'Cause is the condition of birth. [6]  'If asked again:' What is the charm? ' Please answer: 'Player is the charm of right. [7]  'If asked again:' What is the charm of the craft? ' Please answer: 'Ai is the charm of the hand.' If asked again: 'What is the charm of love?' Please answer: 'Luck is the charm of the hand.' If asked again: 'What is the charm of love?' Please answer: 'Life is the bond of love.' If asked again: 'What is the charm of life?' Please answer: 'Touch is the charm of life. [8] 'If asked again:' What is grace of contact? ' Please answer: 'Six typing is the charm of exposure. [9]  'If again ask:' What is the charm of six enter? ' Please answer: 'Name is the condition of six typing.' If asked again: 'What is the charm of the rupa?' Please answer: 'Consciousness is the fetter of nama' [10] . If asked again: 'What is the charm of consciousness?' Please answer: 'Action is the grace of knowledge' [11] . If asked again: 'What is the charm of the onion?' Please answer: 'Ignorance [12]  is the charm of the onions.'

"Ananda, I do that, know grasping love, have sex. I mean there.
"Again, this A-nan, long life, love, what is the meaning? Assuming all sentient beings do not have pleasant feelings, feeling unpleasant feelings, not feeling miserable [17] , then love?
A: "No".

"Hey Ananda! We, therefore, know that protection is due to the guard; The custodian who has protection. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What is the meaning of guards? Suppose beings are not jealousy then have a guard?
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! We do that, the custodian of jealousy; The puzzling quiz that has the custodian. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What is the pre-immersion effect of jealousy? Suppose that beings are not immersed before it is jealous?
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! I do that, knowing the immorality of the wreck; Humanity preyed on jealousy. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What is the meaning of the desire to have in front? Suppose that beings do not desire so then have sinks in advance? "
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! We are, therefore, preoccupied by desires; Human desire that has pre-waxed. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What does life expectancy mean? Suppose that beings are not used, then have lust?
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! We do that, know the desire due to life; Human life that has desire. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What is the advantage of using life? Suppose that beings are not advantageous then have life?
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! We do that, know the benefits of profit; Advantages that are useful. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What is the meaning of search? Suppose that beings do not find the need to have the advantage?
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! We, therefore, know advantage by seeking; Human pursuit that is profitable. My meaning is said there. This again A-nan! What is the craving for desire? Suppose that beings are not craving so are not you?
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! We, therefore, seek the desire of craving; The craving for desire is sought. What I say, the meaning is there. "
To say Ananda:
Human craving that is seeking, until there is a handler. Feeling too. Life is seeking, until the handler. "
Buddha told Ananda:
Conditioned life, what is the meaning? Suppose there is no eye, no rúpa, no eye, is it exposed? "
A: "No".
"Without the ear, no sound, no waking of the ear; No nose, no incense, no awareness of the nose; No tongue, no taste, no tongue; No body, contact, body; No idea, dharma, consciousness, then have exposure? "
A: "No".
"Hey Ananda! Suppose beings are not exposed, then have not you?
A: "No".
"A-nan, I by that meaning, knowing life by exposure; Condition that life expectancy. What I say, the meaning is there.
"Hey Ananda! Charms of identity that have exposure, what is the meaning? Suppose there are no rupa and nama, then there is the mind [19]  ? "
A: "No".
"If beings have no form, appearance, then there is no body? [20] "
A: "No".
"If there is no rupa, then is it not?"
A: "No".
"A-nan, I do it, known by name and identity; The name of the color that is exposed. What I say, the meaning is there.
"Ananda, whose qualities are rupa, what is the meaning? If consciousness does not entangle mother, then there are rupa?
A: "No".
"If the consciousness of motherhood is not born [21] , then there is no nama?"
A: "No".
"If the baby comes out of her mother's womb and the baby is broken, is the name of the child growing?"
A: "No".
"Ananda, if there is no consciousness, then there is no nama?"
A: "No".
"A-nan, I do that, know the name of consciousness; The grace that has rupa. My meaning is said there.
"Ananda, what is the name of the sense-meaning? If consciousness does not exist in the name of time, there is no place to live. If consciousness does not have a place of residence, then is there birth, old age, illness, death, suffering from suffering? "
A: "No".
"Ananda, if there is no nama, is it okay?"
A: "No".

"Ananda, for those who advocate a fall, said: 'life is not falling, fall is not life; To say that person: 'Life does not last, how can he say there is life. Is he initiated life? [26] ?  A: No.
Therefore, Ananda, who advocates falling, said: 'Life is not falling, falling is not life; Initiation is falling, he is wrong.
"Ananda, for those who advocate to fall, said: 'life is not self, life is not a fall; But the feeling is falling [27]  ", should say to him: 'There is no longevity, how to have life. Is he the right person? [28]  'A:' Not. ' Therefore, Ananda, who advocates falling, said: 'Life is not falling, falling is not life, life is not fall life; Life is falling, he is wrong.

"
Buddha said A-nan:
"For those who advocate fall, to what limit is determined?"
For those who advocate fall, or say: 'A little color is self'; Or say: 'Most colors are self'; Or say: 'A little bit of nothingness is self'; Or say: 'The vast majority is falling. [29]  '
"Ananda, who speaks a little identity is self, identifies only a few colors as self; Our antecedents are right, and all are wrong. Those who say the majority of colors is self, determine the most color is self; Our antecedents are right, and all are wrong. Those who say a little bit of anthropomorphism are self, defining only a little anthropomorphism; Our antecedents are right, and all are wrong. Those who say the vast majority of the fall is the most defining of the fall; Our antecedents are right, and we are wrong. "
Buddha told Ananda:
"There are seven places of consciousness [30] , and two of them [31] , where the Sa-ard and Brahmin said, 'This place is a place of security, a place of salvation, a place of blessing; Is the house, the lamp, the light, the precepts, is not spoiled, is not afflicted. 
"What is seven? Or there are beings, with many different bodies and many different ideas, ie gods and humans. It is the first residence of consciousness, where Sa-ard, Brahmin said, 'This place is a place of security, a place of salvation, a place of blessing; Is the house, the lamp, the light, the precepts, is not spoiled, is not afflicted. Ananda, if the monks know the first residence of consciousness, know the beginning, know the eradication, know the sweetness, know the harm, know the glass, know the truth; Ananda, monks said: 'That is not me. I am not that ' [32]  with true knowledge.
Or there are beings with homogeneous body but with many different ideas, such as the sun sound. Or have beings with homogeneous body, the same idea, ie heavenly Transformation. Or they have no place where they live. Or they have the place where they are living. Or there are beings in the non-possessed country. It is the seven places of consciousness that the Sa-ard, Ba-la-subjects said: 'This place is a safe place where rescue, where the maintenance; Is the house, the lamp, the light, the precepts, is not spoiled, is not afflicted. Ananda, if the monks know the seven places of awakening, know the elimination, know the extermination, know the sweetness, know the harm, know the glass, know the truth; Ananda, monks said: 'That is not me. I am not that ' [33]  with true knowledge.
"What are the two origin? Unconscious enter and non-thought non-non-idealized [34] . Ananda, they are two places where the subjects Sa-Brahman said: 'This place is a safe place, where the rescue, where the maintenance; Is the house, the lamp, the light, the precepts, is not spoiled, is not afflicted. If Ananda, if the monks know two entanglements, know the initiation, know the extermination, know the sweetness, know the harm, know the glass, know a real way; Ananda, monks said: 'That is not me. I am not that ' [35]  with true knowledge.
