Suffering also be  distinguished  into three categories is  suffering pain ,  sufferings  and  acts of suffering . Suffering  means  unpleasant  sensations,  suffering . The  feeling of anguish ,  pain  in  the body  and the  state of  mind -  physical  insecurity are  unpleasant , the first kind of suffering. Sufferings  means change,  transformation , consumption creates suffering damage. In other words, the  transition  from  state  to  state  , the variable damage  according bad tendencies in the mind-born mechanism-physical  people  bring  insecurity , suffering the  sufferings . Action  means that the method  of causation  is  impermanent ,  born  in the  killing moment  should create suffering. Physical ,  world ,  situation  life, the  state of  psychology  of  man  as said are due to  causes and conditions  of birth should be subject to the  impact  of  impermanence . Impermanence , change leads to misery. 
However , all suffering are  derived  from  inner  insecurity  and rooted in  ignorance ,  craving . Although  impermanence  is the root of all  suffering  in life but  the cause  of suffering lies in  awareness  and  attitudes to live  positively  or  negatively  by  humans . Things always  change  very often  that  we  thought and  wished  we would often longer,  exist forever . The main  perceived  misleading ,
