NATURE  Shining  AND  UNDERSTANDING  OF THE CENTER.

 We  need to become familiar with the good state of mind, but in  practice ,  we often have  the  delusion  negativity , such as  anger , causing  hindrances  large  itself . Therefore,  we  need to  identify  these  emotions  and confront them immediately. If  we  gradually become  accustomed to  restraining  our bad moods, then many years ago, an  angry  person could become  calm .
Some people  feel  that we will lose our  independence  if we do not let our mind go as we  want , but  try to  subdue it  . The truth  is not so, if our minds are  evolving  a  right , then we have the  independent  and,  if not  , then we  need to subdue  his mind again.
Whether  we  can  eliminate  the  delusion  negativity  or not, or can only  inhibit the  emotions  that only? For  Buddhism ,  nature  sincerity  of heart is the light of the ( liquidation photosynthesis ), while the  impurities  are  uncertain ,  impermanent  and can be separated from the mind. To be  thorough  , the  nature of the mind is no  self .
If the  emotional  negativity , such as  anger  (hatred), belongs to the  nature of mind, the right from the center  to arise , it was always filled with hatred, because the hatred that is the  nature  of the mind . However ,  clear  that this is not true, because only in those  circumstances  that the  we  new  anger , not when  we likewise. This shows that  the nature  of  anger  and  the nature  of the mind differ,  
 Which circumstance is the foundation for  anger  ? Anger  had arisen because  we  impose on the  phenomenon  a  characteristic  less  charismatic  than or  evil than the  properties  are actually in the  phenomenon  there. From the foundation of this imposition,  we are  angry  at what  hinders  our desire  . Therefore, the basis of hatred hatred is an inadequate  foundation . In contrast, the  heart of compassion is the foundation  right . In the  long run , 
Therefore, if  we  cultivate the good state of mind  based on the  platform  right way  steadily  in a  time  long, then the mentality has not right platform will  gradually  decrease. Such as when  we  train  physically  for the long jump, the  basic  exercise is the  body  material and  coarse  her, so  we  can just dance away to a certain extent only. However , because the mind is an  entity  only  include  the  clarity  and  consciousness ,

A lot in  your memory  . Currently ,  we  can not remember an  extraordinary because  we  only  use  the class  consciousness  very rudimentary, but if  we use  the layers of  consciousness  subtle  than, then  we  will be able to  Store more things in  your memory  .
The quality of the  mind  can grow  endlessly . Once more we  apply  and  increase  the mentality  antagonism  with the  emotional  negativity , then  negativity  will decrease down and  eventually  be eradicated. It is believed that because of  the nature  of the mind just as light and  understanding , all  of us  are full of  conditions  fundamentally  necessary  to  achieve  Buddhahood .
 Buddhist  thought based on  the essence  of the mind is  shining and  knowing , from which one can  prove  that the mind  gradually  will  know all. This, on the philosophical side, supporting  views  that the good state of mind can be  increased  indefinitely .
About  ways  to practice  every day, if we  recognize  is  the nature  of mind and concentrate on that, it would be very helpful. Reason  makes  us  harder to  identify  is  the nature  of the mind is because the  notion  of  we  cover up  the nature of  this. Therefore, first of all, do not remember what happened in  the past, do not think about what will happen in the future; let the mind  naturally  flows without  conception . Let the mind rest in  its  natural state  and  observe  it. At first , when you are not familiar with this  practice  , it will  feel  very difficult, but with  time , the mind will  appear as clear water. Then, stay in  this state of  mind not  be  embroidered and do not let any  idea  arise again.
Early morning is when  better  off to meditate with the  method  above, because that's when I just  woke up , the mind is  lucid  , but the  senses  are not  fully operational . If the night before, we do not eat  too much  or sleep too much, the next morning the heart will be gentle and sharp. Gradually my mind will become more  stable  ; the  awakening  and the  memory  will be  lucid  more.
We try to see whether the  practice  as above makes our mind   more  alert throughout the  day or not. The temporary benefit  of meditation is that  our mind will  be peaceful  . When  memory  becomes  optimistic  than I will  gradually develop the ability to see  past  and future , as a result of the  awakening  is increasingly  rising . One  benefit  long  as the mind becomes  clear  and sharper,
