HIS MAJESTY TANG CHAI
THE PRIMARY SCHOOL OF VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST EDUCATION IN THE WORLD
I- THERAPY:
            He was born in the family on November 2, 1921 (Tan-Dau), in Ninh Binh, northern part of Vietnam. He is the youngest son, of the four brothers in the family. He entered the altar at the age of eleven. Master-Hoa-Thuong Thich-Thanh-Glass, self-Linh Quang, belonging to the Phuong-Ban (Yen-Lieu, Yen-Khanh, Ninh Binh). Through his five years of study, he received the ordination of monks in Dong-Dac (Kim-Son), the Bhikkhu (1941) at Bat-Long (Ninh Binh) Thich-Thanh-Thieu, the French-French Master-Thich-Duc-Nhuan. He attended Dong-Dac pagoda, Phuc-Chua pagoda, Phu-Lang pagoda, Quan-Su Pagoda (Hanoi).

II- HONESTY :
            In the North: He undertook the Duy-Na, Tri-Guest positions in Buddhist-Study. He often attended ceremonies, lectures at the places invited. He often stayed in Dong-Dac and Phuong Ban; Head-maintenance Phuc-Dien Pagoda (Kim-Son); Construction of Quang-Nghiem Pagoda (Ha-Tu) and propagation in Hong-Gai, Bai Chay, Ha-Lam, Ha-Tu, Quang-Yen, North-Vietnam. And, he took the following positions:
            1951: - Founding Member of Vietnam Buddhist Congregation in Hue, Member of Ruling Council of Vietnam General Buddhist Association.
            1952: Participated in the founding of the National Sangha of Vietnam, by the Supreme Patriarch-Thuong-Thuong-Thuong Tri-Hai, as the Tri-Chief. He served as Assistant Secretary and Consul-General for the General Secretariat.
            1955: In the South: He created the Giac Minh Temple, established the North Vietnamese Sangha in the south and took charge of the Institute of Giac Minh Pagoda and the President of the Church. After that, he built the temple from the Quang-Quang, established the Quan-Pratunam and Association of Buddhist-Religious Society. He has established more scenes in many pagodas in the South (from Da Nang to back). The scenes of this temple, the first is the word "Tu", such as Tu-An (Nha-Trang), Tu-Hung (Ban-Ma-thuot), Tu-Thang (Vung Tau), Tu-Khanh (Tu, Tu-Tan (Phu Tho), Tu-Dinh (Tan-Dinh), Tu-Minh (Phan-dinh-Phung), Tu-Long (Thu Duc, Now converted into Thien-Minh pagoda, Tu-Quang pagoda (VungTau), Quan-Am pagoda (Phu Nhuan) and 1964-morning Vietnam-Quoc Tu-Quoc, Tran-Quoc Toan street, Saigon.
            1956: He was the Vice President of Vietnam Buddhist Association.
            Early 1963: President of Sakya Buddhist Anti-Buddhist Interfaith Committee.
            May, 1963: President of the Inter-Buddhist Committee for the Protection of Religious Order for Religious Equality during the Ngo Dinh Diem administration in South Vietnam.
            In December 1963-1964, he was the head of the organizing committee of the congress, established the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam and was elected the first director of the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam.
            1966: Founder and Vice-President of the World Sangha Buddhist Sangha in Sri Lanka         
            1969: He founded the Second World Sangha Society Congress and World Association of Buddhist Social Workers in Saigon, he was elected the President of the Society for the Servant of the Buddhists Great.
           1970: President of World Union Buddhist Association (in Seoul, South Korea).
            In 1975, he practiced in France, created the Tu-Quang pagoda in Nice, France, established the World Association of Buddhism in France, French-Vietnamese Pagoda Hong-Hien (Fréjus - France)
            In 1976: Leader-Spirit-Spirit and Association of Buddhist-French-Vietnamese Association and an extremely-detailed scene-setting Hong-Hien pagoda. Also from this year on, he was present in Canada and the United States, guiding the spirit-spirit of Vietnamese Buddhists away from the countryside, encouraging the construction of Buddhism and Buddhism.
            In 1977: Together with the Buddhas, they built the Lotus Temple, Reciting the Buddha-Way of the Buddha, guiding the Buddhists and encouraging the creation of the Buddhist Temple (S. Houston, Texas).
            In 1978: Guide the Brossard Pagoda and the A-Di-Da Temple.
           1979: The President of the Association established the Vietnam-Overseas Sangha Association at the Giac Hoang Temple (Washington DC, USA) and assumed the title of Superior of the Church. Ecclesiastical leaders of the Giac Hoang Buddhist Association, Buddhist-Quang Buddhist Temple (Houston, Texas). And, from this year onwards, he often lectured, passed on the rules, encouraged the construction of Buddhist Road-Giac-Quang (Oklahoma) etc.
            In 1981: Spiritual leader and Chairman of the Council of the Giac-Hoang Temple (Hoa-Thinh-dien) and pagoda-United (Canada). This year to visit Australia-Europe.
            1984: Founding of the Buddhist-Vietnamese Buddhist Association in the world and assuming the role of Thuong-Thu. He founded the Church Members in various countries, such as the Buddha-Quang Buddhist Temple, the Buddha-Da Temple in Australia; Giac Hoang temple, Buddha-Quang, French-Quang, Nam-Quang, Quan-Yin, French-Chinese ... in America; Hong-Hien Pagoda, Tu-Quang, Quan-Am ... in France and the pagoda-Hoa, Tu-An, Di-Da, Tu-Dinh Tu Quang, Chan-Quang ... in Canada.
            1989: First Council Member of the Pontifical Council for the Advancement of the World.
            2008: Establishment of Optometrists in South Carolina, United States, etc.
            2000: He proved the Master of the Statue of Guan Yin at the Buddhist Center - Vietnam Temple, Houston, Texas, USA. And for 14 years he has also been the Prophet of the Evangelical Guan Yin Festival - the Day of Pilgrimage and Prayer.
            2012: On the occasion of the 10th Congress of the 10th Buddhist Sangha of the World Buddhist Church in Vietnam, he attested the supreme Grand Opening of Quang Quang Monastery.
            2013 He held the first Dharma Assembly Great Compassion at Quang Quang Monastery.
            2014 He held the 30th Annual Congress and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.
            2015 In August, after first organizing the Lower School for Nuns at the South Carolina State Gallery in South Carolina, he was seriously ill and returned to Canada. Because of his age, he was at the age of 10 at 20 am on August 22, 2015 at the age of 95, aged 74, from Canada.
