   Crystals should  also be a  condition  basic in life  everyday . If we know to  preserve  energy  for  use  in the   most beneficial work,  our  mundane efforts  will grow and be easy  to achieve . If we develop,  cultivate  our mind,  energy ,  will and calm, our skills can multiply.
   No matter  what results we  achieve , one should never  expect  to be perfect or complete.  We  need to consider ourselves as  practitioners ,  practitioners . During the Buddha's time  , they were called  savaka , meaning 'hearers'. If you like to see for themselves, we do not  need to  seek the  perfect  or imperfect, but  trying to  get closer to the  letting go of  all  thoughts  of 'self' and 'mine'.
   Appraisal  phenomenon  is an aspect of  mindfulness  in every moment, to help us see the  nature  of impermanence , suffering and  no-self  (anicca, dukkha, anatta)  in anything that we keep an eye on. Every  compounded nature  contains these three  characteristics  , so we must always have  Dharma .  Usually one of  three properties  this substance will be  significantly  more prominent for us and our minds will lean in that direction in order to  visualize  the  true  underlying fundamental  reality that we live in.
