ake advantage of  Time  Live Each Day.
It is time to  return  home after the course. To be able to  bring the  most  benefit ,  we  need to know how to organize our daily life   . If I go back and behave like before, then after a week I will forget everything. And when we come to another course in the future, we have to start all  over again .
How do you  know  how much  time you have  in this life. This is the only life   we have  responsibility for . Here we can  decide  what to do today. The future does not  exist . Saying, "I will meditate 'tomorrow,'" is foolishness. There is no tomorrow, only this moment. When the next life   comes, it is this life; Actually  this is my next life   . There are plenty of  reasons  not to meditate today:  weather , children, husband, wife, economy,  food , everything in the world. However , what is optimal,  
If the future does not  exist  and  the past  is  completely  gone, what is left? A fleeting moment, like this moment. I have not said the end, it is gone. But if we  use  every moment wisely,  gradually  we can have every moment  of vigilance , and the result is deep insight.
Morning  wake up , the first thing we do is  determined to  keep  mindfulness . Intend thuckhi  eyes open , starting the day, starting  mindfulness . If you  open your eyes  before being  aware  of this action, you can close your eyes and start over. From that small act, we will  understand  what mindfulness is; then take  to heart  filled with  jaw grace  of being more a day  full , for one  purpose  only . It is not to cook a better  meal  , not to shop for one thing, but to get closer to  NirvanaWe need to  have the  wisdom  to know how to  achieve  that goal  . Buddha has  preached  this many times, but apparently did not hear, did not  completely received  words  the teaching  of Him. So we  need to  hear them many times.
Gratitude  brings  to mind  the state  of openness,  joy  of "I'm going to do with today?". The first thing is to sit down meditation, may have to get up earlier. The majority of  people die in bed, a place so  suited  to die, but do not  fit  really to lay for hours in a way not  necessary . If it's past springtime, we do not need much sleep anymore.
In many  families , 6 am was  loud  noises . If so , we need to get up earlier to avoid that. Only that gives me  a sense of  satisfaction , for doing something  special  to get closer to  Nirvana . If you have enough hours to meditate, the better; At least less  than half an hour, because the mind needs  time  to collect and be quiet. Morning is usually the best time for many people, because through one night the  mind is not  busy with many things like the day, so it is easier to become quiet. If you start meditating for half an hour, then slowly increase to one hour, which is good.  
After the meditation,  we  can  think  about the five things  that we see  everyday . Now our minds have collected photography, silence and are more likely to  reach   deeper inner .

Everything that belongs to me,  close , sweetheart, will change and disappear.

The verses do not  need to be  very accurate  . Words are  just concepts,  the meaning  behind that is important; The  impermanence  of the body, of what one thinks of us, as  the person , object, and  responsibility  of one 's own kamma   .
Things  contemplate  more is  the attitude  of love , kindness towards  myself  and people, to  protect the  happiness  of the individual  , as well as hope for all of us sinhdeu be like:

Were  visualized  on two sections in a way that  sense , we can remember this in mind three things. The first is  mindfulness ,  attention  to  the state  of being . It can be an  activity  where the body with  the mind no  distractions , or a  feeling , a  thought  has  arisen . Totally  attentive  to it, do not  try to  fill it under the debris petty, but know  exactly  what is happening  in their lives  do.

We often get angry with someone. For  unknown people , we do not  care . We often  care  about people or close to us. If so, we should know some of these virtues. So instead of just seeing the negative actions   of that person, we can  focus  on the good in them.
Although they can say the words I do not like to hear, but at other times they can say the right thing. They also know to do good, also  express  love thuongyeu,  kindness  compassion. So  the problem  is to move  the target  to focus , as I try to do in  meditation . If it has not  become  mature  in  meditation  , it is very difficult to  practice  in life  to live  every day , but with  persistent  practice  we will do. We must  practice  despite difficulties. We shift our  focus  from one place to another, Just do it. By doing so, I will protect  myself from falling into  evil deeds , from wasting one day  in my life  . Maybe we have no other days.
Results  instant  of all the  thoughts ,  words , our actions quite  clear . If  mindfulness , we will know that  feelings  and  thoughts  charity will bring with it  peace ,  happiness , while evil will bring  suffering . Only fools can make you  suffer . Because  we  are not fool, I will  try to  eliminate  all  evil  in  thinking ,  emotions  and  try to  replace them with good things. All people  are  looking for something, that is  happiness . Suffering only  arises  through our own  thoughts , actions, and  reactions  .

If we have a notebook that records every day of our  activities,  it is good. Any shop owner usually re-invents his merchandise at the end of the day to see which item is  favored  and which item does not. Of course , that person will not buy more items, but will put more sales. During the day, we can  examine  our actions,  reactions  to see which actions  bring  happiness  to ourselves, to people, and  responses that  are not  received . The next day, we will not repeat the actions, the  reaction  , but to let them go away. If day after day, we inventory like that, we will see action is acceptable  , it has always been  accepted , or vice versa  , too . Kindness, warmth,  concern  for others, or help,  concern , sharing are always  welcome . Only self-centered, uncomfortable, quarrelsome,  jealous always resist. Each day we can write down the actions taken  on the  side, and not  accept  the other party, regardless of whether they  bring  happiness  or not. In doing so, we will see that the  responses to  the same  agent  will be the same. This balance sheet gives us more motivation  to  terminate  the  reaction immoral  has been formed in us from before. We have  been  using  them for so many years, so many lives, and they always lead to suffering. If we can write them down in a  clear , and know them  clearly  in mind,  make sure  that we will  try to change.

Before going to bed,  meditate  , it is very  beneficial . Doing it  last  before bed, it will be the first thing  to appear  in our mind the next morning. Buddha  spoke about the results of  love  love as follows: "Sleep  in peace , not  nightmares ,  waking  peace". What more do I want? Use  this  principle day in and day out, there  is no  reason that our lives are not  secure . That is  the  best use of every day in our lives. No one does it for me, if I do not make  myself . No one else is interested  in  making  every day of your life the  best  . Everyone is taking care  of themselves  . I can not  rely on  others to find  happiness  for  myself .
As for meditation,  we must  not allow the  practice to  drift away. If not , we have to start  again . If we  continue  to practice every day,  at least  we also  maintain the level they have  achieved  in the key  of meditation , which may  progress more. Like the  athletes  who do not  regularly  exercise, will have to start  again , with the mind  , too . It also needs discipline,  attention  tracking , as it is the master of the house within you.
No one can tell us to do this, that, except the mind. We need to give it a chance to rest, to stop  thinking  a little, to have moments of tranquility,  peace , so that it can reproduce  itself . Without energy refresh  , the mind will  wear out  like everything else. If the mind is cared for, it will take care of me.
