There are plenty of reasons not to meditate today: weather , children, husband, wife, economy, food , everything in the world. However , what is optimal,
If the future does not exist and the past is completely gone, what is left? A fleeting moment, like this moment. I have not said the end, it is gone. But if we use every moment wisely, gradually we can have every moment of vigilance , and the result is deep insight.
Morning wake up , the first thing we do is determined to keep mindfulness . Intend thuckhi eyes open , starting the day, starting mindfulness .
