Meditation on Impermanence and Death.

Contemplation of Impermanence
The essence of life, of samsara is impermanent. We are not aware of this by always engrossed with numerous lust, ambition, happiness and suffering ... so that they swept us through the end of June as the flood of day. Let's pause a little on his hurried journey to settle the mind thinking and contemplation that in life, nothing does not change, there is nothing permanent permanent, and be aware of the fragile human life short lived, so we appreciate more and use his life more meaningful.
Everything in the world is governed by the law of impermanence, always changing with time. We become aware of this change: beings are born, grow up, grow and lost, homes, bridges will wear, and damage. External environment seasonal change completely: the flowers will wither, the paint will crack and peeling, damaged vehicles. The origin of the change is due to the world outside of cells, atoms and molecules that make up matter, we do not see so clearly the changes at the level of the material composition. At the level of the invisible, countless extremely tiny particles constantly appear and disappear, then scatter gather, expand and narrow, they are always in a state of motion and always fluctuating.

Spiritual world we are always changing, sometimes happy, sometimes see depression, sadness. Sometimes we see is full of love, other times full of anger. Memories of conversations and events in the past, thinking about the future, the idea of this, the other thing we filled minds. Try illuminates your inner, we will see how the mind changes. The transformation that looks like a train station at rush hour, the line of thinking and cognitive emotion flashed flashed all directions without stopping. The constant change is the reality of things, but we found it hard to accept that. Intellectually, the change of things is not a problem, but the attitude to accept the reality of impermanence is happening in daily life we are important. Instinctively, we cling to people and things as if these eternal and unchanging. We do not want your loved ones or things like that are lost, and did not believe that one day these guys are annoying, angry for us to be able to become friends. 

When sadness or discontent, we think with certainty that I would go in that direction forever, particularly strong attachment to the entrenched views about themselves. For example, we often say I was a man or sad, or angry I was, I'm not very smart, ... In fact, we can be like this or like that, but that is not the picture panorama and also not always been like that, everything will change. Unable to recognize impermanence, we are faced with emotions: frustration, anger, sadness, loneliness, and countless other issues. We can pass the disturbing emotions by becoming familiar with the ever-changing nature of things, and realize that things are always changing. Gradually, we will learn how to understand and accept that change is the essence of life. We not only understand change is always present everywhere, all the time that need to acknowledge that we ourselves can create change. We have the capacity to change its nature, can nourish themselves and turn the mind toward a positive life.
To start, you ask this prayer meditation hours creating greater peace throughout beings, pray this will be the hour of meditation to achieve enlightenment itself to be able to benefit all beings , to ourselves and all beings be free from suffering and attain enlightenment. Then your body radial, think about the parts like arms, legs, head, skin, blood, bones, nerves and muscles. Let's turn to verify each suite comes with feeling. Meditate on the nature of these parts of the body, they are made of nothing, and the shape, size like. Be sensitive clearly recognize the workings of the body and movement is happening from time to time. The change regularity of breathing, heartbeat, blood circulation and energy in people's neural circuits. Be aware of your body even subtler level the structure of cells in the body, the body is completely made up of living cells, appear, move, reproduce, die and Melt. In more subtle level, all your parts are made up of molecules, atoms and smaller particles of atoms. These elements are constantly moving and changing. Try to get a real sense of the change taking place every moment in your body.

Then please direct your attention to your heart. Mind made up of several parts including thoughts, perceptions, emotions, memories and images in turn takes place without stopping. Take a few minutes to observe the variation of the flow and the experience in your mind, like a man who was looking out the window, watching a crowded street, watching the vehicle, observe the cars and pedestrians passing by the door. Do not cling to anything you see in your mind, do not comment, evaluate, just observe and try to understand the impermanent nature of your mind. 

After reflecting on the impermanence of the world inside cover your body and mind, expand attention to the world outside. Think about the environment with your close things like cushion, blanket or a bed you're sitting, floors, walls, windows and ceiling of the room where you are sitting in meditation, all the furniture and other things in the room. Consider each of these things, looks static, but real solid material is made up of a multitude of extremely tiny particles are moving, moving. Let's dwell on that experience once. Then please direct your attention a little further out beyond the walls of the room, you think of others, their body and mind were constantly changing, not unchanging in any moment . This is also true for other beings around the animals, birds and insects. Think of all the objects estate in the world and in the universe as houses, buildings, roads, cars, mountains oceans and rivers, earth, sun, moon and why, ... All of them are made up of atoms and small elements and constant change in every moment, nothing permanent without permanent change. Let's focus on this experience! 

In the process of meditation on impermanence, you need a strong clear sense of the nature of things always change. Keep attention, your focus during that feeling as long as possible without letting your mind be disturbed. In other words, just the meditative stabilization. Let your mind filled experience. When strong feelings clear about the nature of things always change or decreased your attention began to neglect, again analyze the impermanence of the body, mind and sight. 

Please ending hours of meditation with thoughts that cling to the permanence of things is something unrealistic and self-deception. Anything beautiful, makes us happy will change and eventually disappear. 

So we can not expect anything or what will bring happiness forever. Also, anything that does not make us beautiful or dissatisfied are also not last forever. Everything will change, can change direction better, so we do not need sad or deny anything. 

The most common words, impermanence is the basic nature of all things worldly overarching body, mind and sight. This change constantly ongoing and leads us to the final destination of existing life - that is the death - a most obvious appearances, the greatest and most intense of impermanence. This is a topic headings in contemplation of impermanence that we will look at in the next practice. 

The Buddha said that in all the footprints, the elephant is the largest footprint, in all the operations are consistent, the largest ephemeral shop. Therefore, we should appreciate these moments, moments we live in this life, so we use this life more meaningful way. The enlightened masters remind us that: If you do not shop the morning of impermanence, then I will for the morning passed in vain. If you do not shop at noon, the afternoon impermanent human will to break useless. If you do not shop at night very often, then I will for the whole night passed in vain. Thanks to the customary law of impermanence that boards have more energy to nourish our faith more deeply with the practice of Buddhism.
 
b. Contemplation of Death                                                

impermanence and death is the pair are inseparable categories. Based on the basic understanding of impermanence platform, you can contemplate a profound and practical way of death in every moment of life in many aspects. 

First,  let's recognize that death is inevitable, no one can go against the natural laws that govern all people, all the species, all the phenomena in the universe legal world. Even Buddha, the enlightened super achievements Vietnam University of reincarnation, death has taken as great sermon on impermanence. Historically, he has manifested Nirvana, let go four great body after 49 years of fertility sermon. That's how you can start getting used to death, at least in thought.

Second,  let's wise to see that your life span continuous decline. Every day, every moment passed as per the timeframe you closer to death. Imagine the hourglass, fund your lifetime like sand are constantly flowing to the bottom no regression until exhausted. 

Third,  when and how death is infinite, no one could foresee this. It could be decades, years, months later, you can also just a few days, maybe even tomorrow or today you will die. Sometimes a child die earlier than their parents, a healthy young man may die before the serious illness ... There are people who die in their sleep, in the womb, while away from home to workplace, schools, while at the playground, are preparing meals. Death can occur at any time in any circumstances. Therefore, we should always live as if you're enjoying the last moments of his life. If you appreciate life in this way, life will become meaningful and beneficial.
Fourth,  although the body you always been considered the most valuable assets you cherish and be pampered, identified with the "I" from birth, but they die you can not take it with. It will not do for you that would be a dead bodies rotting, decay and return to the soil. 

Fifth,  the people you love the most, such as parents, spouses, children, friends, ... would not do for your death. They could only helplessly watched you suffer pain, they can not accompany you on the process of dying. Conversely, the presence of them, mind their clinging melancholy as make you more clearly forced, suffering and despair, but you must still alone on the journey of life and death. 

Finally,  ownership of wealth and worldly pleasure satisfy your every moment that you lived nor died peacefully, but more and more lighter attachment, regret what you have left. For example, you have to figure out how to divide the inheritance was, or fear others will usurp his property a death tomorrow. Thus, your mind can hardly embrace peaceful death.
