Again, brethren, brethren contemplate this body, under the feet upwards, on to the hair bowed, surrounded by skin and full of impurities difference: "In this body, this is hair, hair, nails, teeth, skin, flesh, tendons, bones, kidneys, bone marrow, heart, liver, diaphragm, spleen, lungs, intestines, mesentery, stomach, feces, bile, phlegm, pus, blood, sweat, fat, tears, grease the skin, saliva, mucus, water in the joints, urine. "
