Those who lack faith ( saddhà ) and without zeal ( chanda ) never have thought or the notion that we can achieve these noble Purity level than in the present life. Because of lack of Diligence ( viriya ) they do not try to abstain, not willing to lack of fulfillment of desire. They rejected attempts, regarded as impossible. Because willpower impairments, their heart can not dwell on what kind of work similar practice. Every time listening to the theory or different ideas, they quickly changed their minds. Because of lack of knowledge and intellectual inferior, they dismiss the work practice, as was beyond their capabilities.That is why the Buddha encouraged all beings should strengthen as the Tuc ( Idhipada,  ie the foundation of the success) of her weak as zeal (Additional Education As standard, chanda) etc .. only the Thought and Education As the new Additional arises. Only a person with a certain element of the Four As the Tuc ( Iddhipada ) as the new platform can enjoy heritage full life of the Buddha. Others, without any Additional As the only opportunity some benefits enjoyed life without enjoying shallow core part of the legacy elite. Some people did not get the chance enjoy the benefits expectancy shallow for squandering their heritage section and thus separating themselves from the legacy of the Buddha far and Buddhism. The legacy of the teaching can be classified into two categories:
1. The legacy of sustainable stability or permanence ( niyata ), and
2. heritage instability or permanent unsustainable ( aniyata ).
These people never knowing impermanence and non-self within you the inheritance is considered "unstable". Those that could be disciples or heirs of the Buddha today and tomorrow may be the disciple and successor of the other masters. They can scorn and damaging to the Teachings of the Buddha. Chi to this day, in this world there are people changing faith, from Buddhism to switch to other religions. They scorn and harmful teachings implicitly. After they die, we can imagine, they can easily change how beliefs. We can be disciples of the Buddha and his disciples in this month of a different teacher next month. This year might be a disciple of the Buddha and next year can be a disciple of other gurus. We can be disciples of the Buddha in this life, and in the next life as a disciple of other gurus. That is why people called  Puthujana  (people of the world, that is not the Saints) are so called because they admire and respect many different masters. In the eternity of samsara ( round of rebirths ) worldly people never persistence maintain faith in a teacher that they will rely upon to pray.Chance that they are approaching a Buddha and take refuge, that thy refuge, rare indeed. Sometimes they take refuge in a Brahmas, sometimes with the sun Sakka, other times with different gods, much as they take refuge with the stars, the stars, spirits and fond fouls, and they do so because they believe that you can rely on the infinite power, the omnipotent omniscient beings. The guru pretending like it's a lot in this world. While wandering the world drifting back and forth around the time the cycle was full of ants cling to body, they also continue to change masters. Rather gruesome, hideous and rather depressed appearance, status as a world! ( Puthujana , worldling). Every time the world changes and helpless guru surely change the belief in doctrines and ethical leadership principles that they must obey depends. Sometimes people accept the rule of the world clean ( adhisila ) of a Buddha, but also very time they practice the principles of many other masters.
In the matter is, too, the life that they accepted Right was extremely rare, but countless other lives they depend submissive under the wrong conceptions. Among the many delusions and disorders that can not be unspeakable to be caught up in the world, circumstances seek refuge in the guru pretending to be misled and most important disorder because it causes more damage extremely great. That's because the event find refuge in a guru disguised lead to ethical principles and practice of mistakes, and therefore does not provide the opportunity precious human rebirth ( manussatta-dullabha ), like flowering tree only harm the fruit born of evil, ie creating bear fruit's rebirth in the woeful, instead of like the tree happy, healthy flowering flowers resultant birth, rebirth in the realm of comfort .

[3] His views on the incomparable virtues of the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha increasingly clear and obvious from life to life next. All the heritage of the Dharma, ie three classification of Path (Sila, Samadhi, Wisdom), seven stages of Purity and thirty seven Bodhipaksiya prosperity will promote growth and more in the mind of God. These are the most certain he will come  Anupadisesa-Nibbana , parinibbana, completely end all pollution and no longer Aggregates.

There are good and moral person without trying in the past lives because they do not want to become of the legacy inherited bad teaching. Those who did not practice Morality, Concentration, and Wisdom because they do not want to become a temporary inheritance, instability. They did not practice because they want to become of the legacy inherited stable.
Revisiting these events, and careful thought that the Buddha did not accept the teaching legacy bad, who now has become a disciple of the Buddha must strictly not allowed themselves to become heirs bad or unstable inheritance. I must make special efforts to become heirs of a legacy of good teaching, which is thirty-seven Bodhipaksiya. You must try to become stable inheritance.
For even the poor lack wisdom, should encourage them to do the practical benefits such as charity work, create merit. But for those who are intellectual, if you want to become a stable inheritance or in this life or the next existence, have firmly established itself solidly in  Ajivatthamaka-sila  [4], must firmly solidified in of Body Contemplation ( kàyagatà sati ) and hard it tries (minimum of three hours per day) to realize the three characteristics of existence of the five aggregates constitute "personal". If you see whether a special minister in three characteristics, he became niyata, inherited stable and have reached  "Bon sine san" - in Save.
