Chapter V 5.
Five senses Indriya )

Indassa kammam indriyam.

There are five Abilities like that: [1]
1.  saddhindriya (Faith Based)
2.  Viriyindriya (Attack Unit)
3.  satindriya  (Mindfulness Based)
4.  Samadhindriya  (samadhi)
5.  Pannidriya (Knowledge Base)
Tin Based
Saddhindriya , (at some level) means  saddhà , faith. But two  saddhà , faith, are:
1.  Pakati-saddhà,  common faith, and
2.  bhavana-saddhà,  Faith was gathered (that is cultivated or tame) by meditation.
Faith and trust ( saddhà ) led by ordinary people perform such actions of Giving ( dana ), Morality (sila ) and "begin workout" Hanh Zen ( bhavana ) [2] - is called Ordinary Faith. Here, as indicated in the image of dementia (Chapter II), although in some extent, faith ( saddhà ) was also an ability to control, it does not grow to the ability to control perturbed mind of an ordinary person in meditation (bhavana ). Level control only to the extent restrain and guide an unstable mind to act of Giving, Morality and "start" meditation.

Offensive Unit
Viriyindriya , at some level, is synonymous with viriya, diligent. But there are two kinds, or two levels of diligence. That is:
1.  Pakati-viriya,  Effort Ordinary, and
2.  bhavana-viriya , Diligent is cultivated by meditation.
A different classification is:
1.  Kayika-viriya , body effort, and
2.  cetasika-viriya,  diligent attention.
Common Effort ( pakati-viriya ) can be realized easily. People with multiple Effort Ordinary of the world problems can also easily reach the kind Effort cultivate ( bhàvanà-viriya ). Hanh momentum (dhutanga ) or the strict discipline of the monks is an example of Body Diligent in nature are cultivated ( kayika-bhàvanà-viriya ).

Katha viriyindriyam datthabbam?
Catusu sammappadhanesu datthabbam viriyindriyam ettha.

Saddhindriyam bhaveti, Viriyindriyam bhaveti, Satindriyam bhaveti, Samadhindriyam bhaveti, Pannindriyam bhaveti. "[15]
