Quartet as the sufficiency ( Iddhipada )
G io here Division (Ledi Sayadaw) will describe the iddhipadas abridged [1] (As the Tuc), or the Bases of Success.
iddhi
Noun iddhipada be interpreted as: ijjhanam iddhi . Iddhi the event was successful, full circle has been completed, or completed fullness. [2]
In the teachings of the Buddha have five iddhis . That is:
1. Abhinneyyesu dhammesu abhinna-siddhi, [3]
2. Parinneyyesu dhammesu parinna-siddhi,
3. Pahatabbesu dhammesu pahāna-siddhi,
4. Sacchikatabbesu dhammesu sacchikiriya-siddhi,
5. Bhavetabbesu dhammesu bhanana-siddhi.

Pahāna-siddhi means: complete fullness corrective tasks, exclusion ( pahāna ), or eradicated, the kilesas (pollution), which is sammudaya Sacca (Truths about the Cause of Suffering). Iddhipada

4. Vimamsiddhipado (vimamsa or pannà, scout law, or intellectual as the excluded).
Chanda means (zeal), eager to be there, wholeheartedly want to succeed, want to come to, want to complete fulfillment, want achievements. intention here is extremely desirable, desired elevation level.No detailed reasoning, inside or outside individuals can be dissuaded her desire. People whose virtues are weak effort debilitating setbacks when confronted by the task of difficulties need to be diligent attendance. They shrink when heard of separation from friends and associates. They timidly apprehensive at the prospect of eating frugally need, sleep must be sober. They must step back from the prospect long meditation practice.
Center (Citta) , as the center-sufficient, which means clinging to the iddhis , successfully, when met Teachings ( Sasana ) and listening to sermons. This is extremely clinging ardent and intense.
Although nothing good lives among the luxuries of the world and, between the power, money and abundant blessings, among the precious books and study wholeheartedly learning, do not immerse immersed in it but always about the afferent iddhis , as the residence. I just contented and relieved when the mind is absorbed in matters relating to iddhis, as the residence. As well as the alchemist meticulous attention to, and just pay attention to, the state of metamorphic gold or silver, without thinking of anything else, forget all eat, sleep, unaware to whatever you go out out. Mind, Citta, always intently absorbed in nature iddhis.
Vimamsa (trạch legal) means: lucid clear understanding, realize the importance of suffering in hell, and the unfortunate circumstances under constant stretching around the existence of samsara . It is the understanding may find specific benefits iddhis , as the residence. It is the understanding can potentially deep and difficult to understand the law, and the legal nature of the ( dhammas ) hardly comprehend it. One who has no understanding of how to find pleasure in the race and chase worldly pleasures, except the pursuit of the iddhis , as the residence. He gratification only mastered iddhis, as the sufficiency, the profound and deep. The more profound Dharma, Dharma aspirant as fervent and vigorous.
Who have one of the four as the sufficiency, ie four Essential Success ( iddhipada ) can no longer accept or plead that in this present life he could not diligently worked diligently to firmly solidified in of Body Contemplation ( kàyagatà-sati ) and in the higher level of teaching ( sàsana ) as the seven stages of purification of the mind (the Path of Purity, visuddhi ). Who had one of the four as the Tuc ( iddhipadas ), can accomplish more Tuc As the rest - depending on the number of three-la-honey was stored - until the process reaches the lokuttara iddhi , As the Additional Supramundane, either in this life or in the next life in a heavenly realm. Where those without "fundamental to the success" should try to achieve one of the Four As the Tuc (iddhipadas ). Chandiddhipadam bhaveti, Viriyiddhipadam bhaveti,
