There are four types sammappadhana [6], primary needs, are:
1. dhammanam pahanaya akusalanam Uppannanam vayamo,The Action (now) Immoral Forums and no Arising ( uppanna and akusala anuppanna Kamma )
2. Anuppannanam akusalanam vayamo dhammanam anuppa-Daya,
3. Dhammanam uppadaya kusalanam Anuppannanam vayamo,
4. Dhammanam bhiyyo-bhavaya Uppannanam vayamo kusalanam. 1. Diligent overpower or eliminate the negative actions that have arisen, or is on track to arise;

Concentration ( samadhi ) has two kinds, Secular and transcendent. Property ( pannà ), too, there are two kinds, Secular and transcendent. This means that a firm date for sex ( sila-visuddhi ) alongside of Body Contemplation ( kàyagatà-sati ), until the complete fulfillment of Mindfulness practice selflessness (No-soul-bhàvanà ) beings must try to practice non-stop The 37 Qualities ( Bodhipakkhiya-dhammas ).
