Twelve of conditions  is the teaching of the Buddha expounded the theory dependent arising or origination apply to humans. Under the eyes wisdom of the Buddha, people no different than the existence of the  Twelve's coast. People due to ignorance should karmic cause and effect of all this life to another, immersed within samsara so the Buddha especially guiding human practice, practice for the purpose of liberation, enlightenment. Therefore Twelve predestined  as a doctrine to apply to humans. This doctrine is a fact exists and is a cultivation method for liberation practical for humans.

2. Buddha expounded the theory  Twelve predestined  from the sermon on the Four Noble Truths,  from the interpretation of the  sole director,  about 37 the assistant director, the  Noble Eightfold Path  (eight righteous path), in which the base lines and most importantly  political . In other words,  politics  is a comprehensive view, is a correct perception of the nature of things, about the law is conditioned by birth, impermanence,  selflessness . 

3.  Twelve predestined  explain the operation life of man through the life (past, present and future, and many lives next). In past lives because of ignorance, people have karma, as the core generate the results of current, current result is the generation of the results of the future, and so be rotated many lives many lives . It's the law of cause and effect and also the laws of reincarnation of human existence.

4. People want to avoid any suffering and the suffering they must know really doing good now . Previous life worked well, the next life will be awarded healing, past life karmic evil afterlife field fruit evil. So people always good direction, only to do good, do not cause crime and to be like that, to go through the practice exercise wisdom and morality, forged compassion petal, give yourself a live peacefully and happily. It is the method of  cultivation only  ie to suspend all wandering thoughts, afflictions, attachment. A method of cultivation anymore to go to the rescue of birth and rebirth is to eliminate ignorance. That method  initiates shop . For ordinary people, destroy ignorance basics ie ignorance past is impossible. The only way is to eradicate  ignorance present through the practice of self-management that is used intellectual contemplation operator to clearly see the uprising, flow and complete kill of the  twelve causes and conditions , see them as of universal the solution is dependent arising, selflessness, it will release from samsara.
