MYSELF IS  lamp  FOR YOURSELF.

This so Ananda, be yourself is  the lamp  yourself, be yourself to rely on their own, do not rely on something else. Use  the Dhamma  as  a lamp , use  the Dharma  as refuge, do not rely on one else. And this Ananda, how are monks themselves are  light  for yourself, rely on their own yourself, do not rely on something else, use  the Dharma  as a lamp , use  the Dharma  as refuge, not what a refuge in another?

Ananda, here, resident monks,  contemplating the body  in the body, enthusiasm, awareness ,  mindfulness , born convince covetousness; Life expectancy in the shop ... shop center  on the mind ...  consistent approach  on the legal, enthusiasm,  awareness,  mindfulness , covetousness convince lifetime. Ananda, such as monks themselves are  light  for yourself, by yourself refuge for yourself, do not rely on something else, use  the Dharma  as  a lamp , use  the Dharma  as refuge, not rely on something else.
