Tripitaka, Law Arguments

Tripitaka.

Art Tripitaka many meditation techniques give the most attention to. Then he sat cross-legged, keeping the body straight and mindfulness center; he should start purifying the heart from the five hindrances, that is, lust, anger, were chasing drowsiness, restlessness and worry, and doubt, by choosing appropriate meditation techniques he and onions with with ardent zeal. (E) The practical method of training the mind to develop Insight (Panna)

As the second step in the development of meditation, after the acquisition, the concentrate becomes clear, strong and calm, yogis direct afferent to Vipassana. With this knowledge or illegal annihilation, he becomes liberated. Tue liberation arises in him. He knew there was reborn, lived life with, he had completed the work necessary to make the Act enlightenment, nothing more for him to do for such enlightenment.
Buddha teaches only one thing - the cessation of suffering and liberation from conditioned life.
