If the body is the self, is the key, it would not cause us pain, but in fact the body is obligatory to suffer in many ways. It does not remain young and healthy, it grew old and sick and die. Again, if this body is ourselves, then we must be able to say of, "The body must be like this, not like the other body." All beings want to find ourselves always healthy and youthful vigor, no aging, no sickness, and no death. But this physical body never obeyed, it refused to do as we wish. Jiva Atta Atta And Parama

Clinging Ego
