Perhaps the best way to understand the Mindfulness (mindfulness), according to the traditional view, Buddhism is to realize what is not is mindfulness.
What is not is mindfulness?
Mindfulness doesn't mean just getting to know or consciously, because one can sense, unless it is in a coma or death. Consciousness is a very basic properties of the mind, and it is understood as an event occurs, instead is something available. So so, consciousness is always present when any one experience would it start up. And if such as mindfulness means consciously, then we always have mindfulness, automatically, in all circumstances.

The difference between knowing consciously and know the unconscious is the presence of two minds "games" (thought) and "four" (sustained thought). Games to help our mind towards an object that somehow we have to choose from. And four to maintain the attention of your audience that you choose. The methods of meditation often used two elements games (attention) and quarter finals (sustained attention) through many different ways, it helps increase force, but not collective meditation is mindfulness meditation.
It's important we need to acknowledge is the consciousness that I have just outlined above have t nh neutralizing, not bad nor good, and they can be used in the charity or charities. A lot of the actions of any of us have the attention, have the focus and concentration. And these functions are also present in the work of the charity.
